Called Orkin after 4:30pm. Website stated 24/7 service. Customer Servive Rep was courteous listened to my concerns and scheduled an inspection/service for the following day. When I received the Service Agreement I noticed my billing address needed to be corrected. I called back shortly after 5pm and received an answering service. I tried a few times left a message but didn't want to sign the document with the wrong info. Since no one responded to my calls, I decided to reply to the email I received. It was one of those emails that don't accept messages, but they did provide a phone number. I called that number and the young lady was able to correct my info and get the document to me to sign. ORKIN Employee Darren was very courteous and professional and answered all questions that I needed answered. Everyone was great. Drivers if you are delivering here you'll need to back in off the street or park on the road and wait for them to move all the trucks so you can get in and turn around. It's tight if you back in off the street like I did. Fast unloading and super nice. Try not to come before 0800 to let all the work trucks get out.

Tracy is always the most professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable service provider. Today we discussed gnats that I’ve seen (not a nuisance just odd) and he gave possible sources and solutions. Since meeting and doing business with Tracy I have been more than satisfied with the service and product, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Agent called and told us what time he would be here at our home. He was on time and let us know he was here and to make inspection on our home outside. Very courteous and quickly made inspection of our home.

The technician James Ingram has been providing tremendous jobs. He is the reason why we stay with Terminix. When we request the service, he always lets us know when he is on the way and asks for our concerns. He finds the root cause of the issue and solves it out! I love the way he takes care of our issues like his own. He is responsible, professional, and very kind. We know and feel that he really cares. The other representatives when we call for a service are very nice too! All of them are very professional and friendly every time we call. I highly recommend Terminix!

Ledarius Johnson is always very professional but also approachable. It is easy to relay my pest control concerns to him without ever feeling judged. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful with ways to help reduce pests in my home. Also anytime I have to call and speak with someone on the phone I have always gotten a very friendly person. Not one single bad experience with Terminix yet after being a customer for 17 months.

Terminix's inspections are timely scheduled. Thus far, the representatives dispatched have been professional, respectful, and efficient in assuring that there are no signs of termites in or around our home. Afterwards, a detailed report of the job performed is electronically forwarded for our records.

Dana is professional and courteous. He gave me an entire class on the different types of wasps that invaded my yard. He even moved around a few of my yard umbrellas in which the wasps were building nests. He did a great job getting rid of the nests and wasps!
