Robert from Orkin is very friendly, and professional. He takes a few seconds for pleasantries, then gets his job completed efficiently and throughly. He's a 5 star employee.

Theres always great service with Orkin! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and very curteous. Orkin employees are also top notch from your 1st call for your initial appointment to the actual visit Orkin makes sure you understand what each product is that they use and what it does before they use any of it. They are also very thorough when treating your home inside and out and want to make sure your home is completely protected against pests. We tried others before Orkin but our pest problem didn't go away. We thought Orkin would be expensive but their prices were a little cheaper than the two other ones that we had tried that didn't get rid of our pest problem. If you have a pest problem and your pest control service didn't work call Orkin because know one compares to Orkin! If I had of tried Orkin 1st we could have saved money, time, a whole lot of aggravation, and had our pest problem taken care of once and for all! Scott was the exterminator that orkin sent out very kind person and extremely knowledgeable. Seemed like a very good man good people person and knew his job. And this guy normally does commercial but I was fortunate enough to get him today. Thanks Oregon keep up the great job!

I have a rodent problem in crawlspace wall and attic. At night is sounds like they are eating holes through the floor in various places through the house. It's very disturbing. I'm very happy with the speed of the Orkin response. I contracted for a year service plan that they said would mitigate the problem. They told me over the phone that they would not use bait that could leave animals dead under the floor or in walls. 2 very professional men arrived at the appointment. They were clean, considerate, and careful to avoid tracking anything into my house. The tech arrived the next day to perform the 1st treatment and set a bait station. They did an inspection and said they were using bait and there were much higher additional charges for trapping and crawlspace cleanup prevention. I may have selected a different pest control company if I knew that information 1st. They talked me into signing a contract before reversing the bait statement and describing additional charges. I will give it some time to see if it corrects the problem before thinking about cancellation. UPDATE: It's 4 days since the bait station was placed. I heard the rats that night, and briefly the next night. There haven't been any sounds for the past 2 days. I'm hoping it's a good sign and the rats are being controlled. I've increased the rating to 4 stars. I will update again as time passes. UPDATE: It's been a week since Rob installed the rodent bait under the house. Within 2 days the sounds stopped. I haven't heard them since. I've updated the review to 5 stars since the treatment appears to have worked.

Brian did our service yesterday. As always, he did a thorough job and is always personable and always asks if there is anything more he can do. I am VERY happy and satisfied with our Terminix technician.

It is such a pleasure and blessing to have Moses as my technician from Terminix. He is very professional and I never have to worry about the job being completed properly! I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
