I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Haven’t had a single problem since they started treating the house. They are always very punctual, which matters to my husband and I a lot. Nothing’s worse than setting aside time out of your day for a service that’s hours late or doesn’t show at all. Very, very happy and soooo worth it! :)

I had someone come and spray turns out he put his notice in last Friday had to wait till 5:00pm to get somebody to spray he sprayed and told me that it would be 1900 but I was originally quoted at 1600 woke up this morning and they charged me $300 after I got done paying the inspection. I called orkin back and bree from customer service helped me get my $300 back hopefully I get it back within 5 to 10 business days. Dylan is the best! He's very professional friendly and communicates with me.

J.T was very thorough, knew exactly what he was doing and what he had to do to help me with this problem. Very polite good personality. I would definitely recommend Orkin. He also explained everything very detailed for me that he was doing. I was very pleased with him and Orkin.

We live in the county where you get all the bugs. Orkin keeps them away from the house and what we see inside are dead or dieing. Matthew is very friendly and does a great job, always asks if we have a problem area. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Critter Control is a very professional responsive and reliable company to work with. They have provided multiple pest control and “critter control” services for our property over the last year. Leif fee is prompt, reliable, thorough and provide service above and beyond answering any and all questions regardless of how minor or elementary they must seem to him! He is great and the company is great! I highly recommend them! I don’t do a tremendous amount of that these days!!

Critter Control has been treating the exterior of my house for mice and snakes for the past year. I’d been having a huge problem with mice getting in the house, and now they were attracting snakes into my yard. I had no idea who to call, so I did a little research online and decided on CC. My Technician, Nick Culpepper, did a great job. Nick was very professional, personable, and dependable. On his first visit he explained the treatment process and answered all my questions. And even tho CC would notify me several days ahead of time of an upcoming visit, I’d also get a text from Nick to let me know as well. On day of treatment, he’d text about thirty minutes before arriving, which I appreciated. I liked the advance notice. Treatments were always completed very thoroughly and with wonderful results. No mice in the house, and no snake sitings. I highly recommend Critter Control and Technician Nick Culpepper.

I always get great service from Terminix! Ryan Gullette always updates me before he arrives and afterwards he updates me on any specifics about my property. If I ever see any of those creepy critters I send him a text to let him know and he promptly replies to my request. He is very quick to respond to any service requests that are needed outside of the regular maintenance.

Technician called ahead of the appointment, arrive on time a was very friendly! Following the inspection he informed me of his findings. He offered additional services but was in no way pushy in his approach. Great no!

Been using Terminix for over a decade for standard pest control and termite treatment. Fantastic service and fair pricing. My current technician Matt Tinsley is awesome. He always contacts me prior so I can unlock my gates to the backyard prior to service. He’s always prompt and respectful of my schedule. Also, lots of dead bugs on the outside of the perimeter and not inside the house.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have used Aptive Environmental for several years now. I keep using them because of the great job they do. I do not have bugs, spiders and other critters like my neighbors do. Even mosquitoes are not in my yard like other people. It is so nice to be able to go outside at night in the summer and not be eaten alive by mosquitoes. This is just a wonderful service and worth it. Devin has serviced my house several times. I am usually at work when he arrives and he always keeps me informed via texts and photos. He even remembers to be careful spraying around the screened porch because a lot of times I forget to bring my cat's water dish inside. So a big thank you to Devin! I like that I often get the same technician coming to my house. He knows me and my area and knows what kind of service I need. He goes above and beyond. I rarely see a spider in my house. Aptive is very responsive and if I have a problem between services they are willing to come back out for no charge. I would highly recommend this pest company. Well worth the money.
