I’ve been impressed by the personal dedication that Fred Tippens at Orkin puts into making our woodland yard free from mosquitos. It’s not an easy task! The call center is easy to reach and he comes out the very next day if needed.

A few months ago I had problems with raccoon infestation in my attic. I called Orkin and they came promptly to inspect. Layne did a thorough inspection and determined the needs. Two days later a team of people came out and replaced the attic insulation, repaired the entrance holes created by the raccoons and I've had no further problems. Recently I did notice raccoons in the yard and was concerned about re-infestation. I called Layne Boothe and he came out two hours later and did a thorough inspection of the house, attic, crawlspace and yard reassuring us that there were no problems with the raccoons as far as further damage. The personnel were very friendly, willing to answer questions and courteous.

Corey is fantastic. We’ve never not been satisfied with the results at our house and he is a wonderful technician. Happy with our experience.

The young man came and did his job. Didn’t tell us that he was gone. I called in to report the incident. The operator never got back with me on his behavior. I cleaned up while he was here(dead ants). I needed h to come back in to make sure I didn’t wipe away any chemicals. Again he left without letting us know he was gone. The field office never called me back. So I’m not happy with this action at all

The techincan named Daniel that came for my Father-in-law was absolutely amazing. He was kind and took the time to explain everything in the most kindest way possible. He was beyond compassionate with my Father-in-law Thank you!!

We love our Terminix Tech John Daniel! He does such a great job of keeping our property bug free and he’s always happy to answer any questions I may have regarding the products and procedures. He always arrives when he says he will so we know we can always count on him. He’s also a very friendly and kind person!

John is the best! He worked with me to get my service completed on my schedule, always shows up on time, and completes his job with a smile. You can tell he loves his job.

Caitlin Vaughn is an excellent representative of your company. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes well beyond what could be expected, when it comes to customer satisfaction. She is a wonderful person and she is the main reason we continue to allow Terminix to service our home.

Gary was very courteous and helpful. When he discovered that I had ducks on my property he helped me change my package so we wouldn’t use anything harmful to them.

Critter Control is a very professional responsive and reliable company to work with. They have provided multiple pest control and “critter control” services for our property over the last year. Leif fee is prompt, reliable, thorough and provide service above and beyond answering any and all questions regardless of how minor or elementary they must seem to him! He is great and the company is great! I highly recommend them! I don’t do a tremendous amount of that these days!!

Critter Control has been treating the exterior of my house for mice and snakes for the past year. I’d been having a huge problem with mice getting in the house, and now they were attracting snakes into my yard. I had no idea who to call, so I did a little research online and decided on CC. My Technician, Nick Culpepper, did a great job. Nick was very professional, personable, and dependable. On his first visit he explained the treatment process and answered all my questions. And even tho CC would notify me several days ahead of time of an upcoming visit, I’d also get a text from Nick to let me know as well. On day of treatment, he’d text about thirty minutes before arriving, which I appreciated. I liked the advance notice. Treatments were always completed very thoroughly and with wonderful results. No mice in the house, and no snake sitings. I highly recommend Critter Control and Technician Nick Culpepper.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
