We had a contractor over installing a new front door for us when he noticed that there were some active termites when he was installing the door frame. After browsing around Google and asking friends for termite recommendations, we decided to give Orkin a call for a quote. At this time I had no idea that Orkin also did encapsulation. They call it their "dry zone". Our crawlspace was a wreck, full of who knows what from the previous owner of our house. The Orkin guy, Spencer, came in his car and took a look around. He recommended that in addition to the termite problem, we should get a dry zone encapsulation. It was actually a project on the to-do list we NEEDED to have done. We knew it was a disgusting hot mess under the house. We got their quote and found it reasonably priced so we signed the proposal. On the day of work, the hardest-working, 4-man termite team came in and did a BEAUTIFUL job on our crawlspace. I really wish I got their names so I can give them a shout, but seriously... those guys did God's work in our crawlspace. Everything about it is 100000% better. If you are looking for a great job done right, give Orkin a call. You won't be disappointed! 11/10 recommend!
