Initial inspections for termite and bed bug infestations
Orkin does a good job in the termite sector but the pests sector not as well. I gave them several chances to correct the problem but to no avail because the pests are still there. So I switched to someone else. It is true that a company is as good as their employee. If the employees are not doing what they are supposed to do then the company’s reputation will be reflected as poorly managed.
Eleanor S. via googleWow! I’ve seen mixed reviews but I can honestly say, I am a satisfied customer. We’ve gotten pest control from another company for the past 2 years, but still had issues with ants. There were so many ant hills in our yard, and eventually they started coming towards the house. After the very first treatment with Orkin, we no longer have that issue. It rained the very next morning after treatment and we still had no issues. Angie is amazing and very helpful. She always provides exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to make sure our needs are met.
Mo J. via googleMatt came to our home to provide an estimate to encapsulate our basement crawl space in order to prevent damage due to humidity. He was very thorough and presented us with several options to mitigate the moisture. Orkin was responsive to concerns and timely with their work. We have been satisfied with the work they completed and would recommend them.
Gretchen L. via googleAlways on time. Great communication. Flexible scheduling. Quick and efficient. They always ask if I have any concerns. Great value. I used to have the most ridiculous spiders on my porch (they were huge and scary) and about 4-5 grandaddy long-legs hanging on my door each day. If I see any they are dead. I was starting to feel concerned because there were so many different species and places that I may have touched without realizing one was there (i.e. My car door handle last yr!) or my dog may run into a web. It's quite the relief that I can comfortably use my porches again and I can leave the door cracked for my pup to run in and out without feeling like they are going to swarm inside.
Ashley W. via googleWe spoke with them around 1 pm and Andy called just after 2 pm to say that he was in the area and could come right over. He explained what we were dealing with considering a wasp next that large, what he needed to do, the cost, and following up so the wasps do not return. I highly recommend him!

Pam via googleFrom my first visit to completion of the job I received good customer service. I received a clear explanation of what was happening and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Trutech to friends and family.
Joan S. via googleI'm updating my original review to reflect the fact that TruTech had no issues about returning to my home several additional times to fix new holes that cropped up. So long as you're under the monthly plan, they'll care take of any of your needs. So keep that in mind before cancelling!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
