Fox made me a same-week schedule for clearing out a yellow jacket nest and called to move the appointment up when they had a cancelation. On-site tech was Anthony who quickly and clearly described the problem, his approach to treat, timelines for keeping kids/pets away, and expected resolution period of the treatment. Couldn't ask for better (and quick!) service! EDIT: Can't have too much of a good thing, right? Today's quarterly treatment is worth another call out - fox technicians are the best. The technician that serviced us today (Toni) was top notch and super knowledgeable about all our issues. She inquired into things we didn't originally ask for to identify our needs, then used her deep subject matter expertise to address our problems. She's wonderful! Edit 2: I really wish google would let people post multiple different times. Fox came out (Gerald Bruce) to clear an in-ground bees nest that our gas technician found. Fox immediately scheduled us in under our existing contract and came out very quickly to resolve. The issue has been addressed and we don't see any more bees in that area currently! Awesome quick & complete service with great customer support. Gerald even reached out after a few days to confirm everything looked good!

Austin Lager was my technician. He was targeting problems I had with wasps, yellow jackets, and ants. Austin took time to answer my questions. Plus, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did an awesome job and I highly recommend him.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! Our tech Chris is absolutely amazing! We have been with him for seven years now. He’s always very through with our business and he’s very personable. My biggest complaint however is that I would prefer that my bills were combined into one. Whenever we first started with Orkin, we were just having our business serviced but now that we bought our building and added that service we have two separate accounts.

Ron is great!! He always checks with me to verify whether I want the inside done or not because I'm disabled and sometimes I just don't want to be disturbed. He's very kind, very thorough and makes sure he gets the job done

I’ve used Orkin now for two years and their service is exceptional. They always inform when they’re scheduled and if they have to reschedule. That’s important to us cause we have kitties to put back in during a treatment. Go with the best, Orkin.

Since using orkin, I’ve stopped pulling ticks off my dogs daily! Our Service is automatic so I don’t have to call and make an appt which is great because I’d definitely forget. Our rep, Bob, is the best! He always on time, responsive, lets me know when he’s on the way & reminds me to take my dogs out before he gets there. We will always use Orkin!

The technician Ron is very respectful & knowledgeable about Orkin's products & services. We get a general spraying every 3 months & are very happy with the results. It controls the insects, bugs, etc. So far very good.

He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and never once made me feel like I was a problem despite numerous calls and texts to him. SECOND update: Just finished with second treatment. Jake and Justin were on time, happy to answer questions, thorough, and professional. Very happy with Aptive. UPDATE: I was told it might take 2-3 weeks for the silverfish to get gone. Saw several on Day 2 after spraying; have not seen another since then. I am beyond happy with Aptive in our home! Everyone at this company has been extremely helpful and informative, from the account rep (Avery) to the guys who showed up to spray for critters (Shawn and partner). Aptive was able to address our issues next day, great for peace of mind. They were friendly, on time and very patient with my questions. The communication before arriving was excellent. No chemical smell or sticky residue.This was a painless process, and will be perfect when it works, especially considering it’’s not harmful to the environment.
