I chose to work with Fox Pest Control because we have had problems with different kinds of bees in the past. Talking with the technician, he was very knowledgeable about this subject and explained to me how the bees were thinking. I liked that. The pricing was appropriate as I was paying close to the same just for service for just bee control. The technician Jonathan spent a good hour at my house both inside and outside. I was very impressed how detailed he was. He did not just walk around and touch a sponge to a bunch of corners. Jonathan paid more attention to our problem areas as I asked. The team has also committed to come back to treat any other areas that may be observed around our house and pool as we are sitting outside this season. I do not need spiders nesting inside of my house in hidden areas, and Bees around our house can be aggressive and that's no good for our kids. I feel good about making this decision to treat our property after observing the technician Jonathan doing his work. The follow up was also very detailed. I enjoyed our conversation and did not just feel like I was being sold something I did not need.

Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out the right plan not just for my home and yard but for my family! The set up was quick and easy and the technician came the next day! This was by far my best experience with a pest control service!

Once account was set up. Our technician was at our house with in 90 min…. This is Outstanding!!! After meet and greet technician Joe Towne gave me a step by step description on what was involved in treating my property… He took his time answering whatever questions I had … and allowed me to walk around with him while he treated and inspected what he thought were my problem areas… He did not rush through the appointment … I am very very satisfied with Fox Pest Control so far….

David was so professional and kind! I had a Boxelder bug problem at my rental property and he showed up on time, explained everything to me so i understood the timeline and was very reassuring and eager to fix the problem. He also gave me his card so that I could contact him directly if i had any problems at all. After meeting and talking with David, i felt confident that he was very good at his job and that the problem was going to be resolved properly!

Our tech Chris is absolutely amazing! We have been with him for seven years now. He’s always very through with our business and he’s very personable. My biggest complaint however is that I would prefer that my bills were combined into one. Whenever we first started with Orkin, we were just having our business serviced but now that we bought our building and added that service we have two separate accounts.

Ron is great!! He always checks with me to verify whether I want the inside done or not because I'm disabled and sometimes I just don't want to be disturbed. He's very kind, very thorough and makes sure he gets the job done

Mike was great to work with and he was friendly. He is amazing with his knowledge and great work. Truly deserves ten stars for his work We had Jamie visit us and perform a follow up. He was amazing as usual and was very courteous. He went ahead and checked all areas and was proactive as well. He was very comfortable to work with. Gaven again was super helpful with his service. Please ask for Gaven. He has a wonderful team at his disposal and they are super nice.

Jordan is awesome. I trust him to move through my home and outside area on his own. I know he is doing a great job and if there is anything that needs to be brought to my attention he does. Terminix needs more Jordan's. He is polite, understanding, and most of all very knowledgeable regarding his job. Jordan builds relationships with his clients which makes us comfortable with him.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
