Omar spent a significant amount of time for this appointment. He sprayed each room to stop spiders. He examined the entire house for rodents, removed two mice from traps in the attic. He placed new traps in the garage and attic. He then repaired rodent holes in the garage man door. He answered all questions and gave us instructions for future prevention. we could not have had any better service.

I have been getting your service for 2 years now. I am beyond impressed, I had TruGreen Mosito service and I couldn’t even tell after I canceled them. You guys showed up and solved my problem. I do still have a slight problem but it’s currently my fault with the construction goin on at my house. But what’s great is the techs have all informed me to eliminate my problem but they did their best for now. I’m extremely pleased and recommend you all when brought up in conversation.

Fox made me a same-week schedule for clearing out a yellow jacket nest and called to move the appointment up when they had a cancelation. On-site tech was Anthony who quickly and clearly described the problem, his approach to treat, timelines for keeping kids/pets away, and expected resolution period of the treatment. Couldn't ask for better (and quick!) service! EDIT: Can't have too much of a good thing, right? Today's quarterly treatment is worth another call out - fox technicians are the best. The technician that serviced us today (Toni) was top notch and super knowledgeable about all our issues. She inquired into things we didn't originally ask for to identify our needs, then used her deep subject matter expertise to address our problems. She's wonderful! Edit 2: I really wish google would let people post multiple different times. Fox came out (Gerald Bruce) to clear an in-ground bees nest that our gas technician found. Fox immediately scheduled us in under our existing contract and came out very quickly to resolve. The issue has been addressed and we don't see any more bees in that area currently! Awesome quick & complete service with great customer support. Gerald even reached out after a few days to confirm everything looked good!

Our tech Chris is absolutely amazing! We have been with him for seven years now. He’s always very through with our business and he’s very personable. My biggest complaint however is that I would prefer that my bills were combined into one. Whenever we first started with Orkin, we were just having our business serviced but now that we bought our building and added that service we have two separate accounts.

Ron is great!! He always checks with me to verify whether I want the inside done or not because I'm disabled and sometimes I just don't want to be disturbed. He's very kind, very thorough and makes sure he gets the job done

I’ve used Orkin now for two years and their service is exceptional. They always inform when they’re scheduled and if they have to reschedule. That’s important to us cause we have kitties to put back in during a treatment. Go with the best, Orkin.

Since using orkin, I’ve stopped pulling ticks off my dogs daily! Our Service is automatic so I don’t have to call and make an appt which is great because I’d definitely forget. Our rep, Bob, is the best! He always on time, responsive, lets me know when he’s on the way & reminds me to take my dogs out before he gets there. We will always use Orkin!

The technician Ron is very respectful & knowledgeable about Orkin's products & services. We get a general spraying every 3 months & are very happy with the results. It controls the insects, bugs, etc. So far very good.

Eric was fantastic. Kind, competent, thorough, and fast. He even noticed a gas leak outside of the house, that was immediately repaired by the gas company. Eric needs a raise!

The technician Sara Fast, that came out to my home for the first time visit was very professional and understanding and eased my anxiety, which was greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns at this first visit. I look forward to future services and hope that Terminix will solve this problem in my home!

I had Eric from Terminix come to my house today to help me with my pest issues and he was extremely kind and friendly. He worked hard out in the blazing heat and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the service I received today and I am so happy to be working with Terminix!

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
