The trainer came out for first spray. He did all around the house. What I liked the most was how friendly he was and listened to what I had to say, then explained everything he was doing and how it works. He also gave me some advice on how to prevent my ant problem. My family is going through a very tough time with our grandmother having brain cancer so his kindness and patience was much appreciated! Thank you!

First contact to call center was a disappointment. The agent did not refer my scheduled appointment to the local service center. So technician did not show up at all. Next contact with service center resulted in referral to an inspector. The inspector showed up on time Next contact with service center resulted in referral to inspector. The inspector showed up on time the next day and directed his technician to remove a basketball size hornet nest, conceivably, using a powder or a spray. the technician arrived as promised and removed the nest to satisfaction. I had wished that the service had not been delayed for the first 24 hours, however, accidents do happen and thankfully, I got my problem solved in the end.

Eric and his team were fantastic! Eric gave us the information we needed to get rid of the raccoons in our chimney. He was informative and helpful with the procedure and the cost. He filled us in on the education of the service members. The next day, Josh And Steve called to let us know they were on their way. They showed up on time and went right to work . They captured the mom and 3 babies and were concerned about our safety. The animals were not happy about being disturbed from their home. We are very pleased and impressed with their professionalism! Please give them all a raise! Thank you Christine De

Common Pest Problems

Pennsylvania residents can encounter a range of pest-related challenges due to the state's diverse climate and geography. One common issue is with ants, including carpenter ants and odorous house ants. These tiny creatures can infest homes, causing structural damage or emitting unpleasant odors. Additionally, residents may face problems with rodents such as mice and rats. These pests can enter homes through small openings and contaminate food, spread diseases, and damage property. Mosquitoes are another nuisance, especially during warm months, as they can transmit diseases like West Nile virus.

Residents might also contend with stinging insects like yellow jackets and wasps, which can cause painful and potentially dangerous stings. Furthermore, Pennsylvania is home to various types of spiders, including black widows and brown recluses, which can pose a threat to humans. Lastly, termites present a significant concern as they silently damage structures, leading to costly repairs.

To mitigate these pest-related issues, it is advisable for Pennsylvania residents to consider professional pest control services. Expert pest control companies can assess the situation, identify the specific pests, and implement effective strategies to eliminate infestations and prevent future occurrences. Their knowledge of local pests and experience in dealing with them can help residents safeguard their homes and ensure peace of mind.
