I so appreciate the communication that Fox technicians provide. I do not always have the same person coming to the house but the level of detail in communication, responsiveness, and reliability is consistent. We did not have any real critter problems other than some small vole holes in one are of the yard. We signed up for the service because a neighbor was about to start treatment. We were given the heads up that the neighbor's treatment might create some residual consequences for us. They worked with us to find a plan that would address this risk but fit in our budget and lifestyle. It has now been almost two years and we just recommended their services to others.

Our tech Joseph Pistelliis is the best! He's great with communication extremely professional. He's very knowledgeable about everything! We haven't had any problems since he's been coming to our home. Highly recommend 10/10

Can I just give a shoutout to Toni who came for my quarterly treatment and shoveled my front porch?! Amazing! One time I sent Frank a blurry photo of a bug and he identified it immediately and was at my house the next day treating it. I have used them for about 2 years now and am extremely happy with their service. Always friendly, professional, and quick to respond.

Very positive experience with the Fox team! Contacted them to discuss the evidence of "mice in the attic" escaping the winter cold. The Fox folks described their services and expertise, where I was also able to get assurance that the treatments and services would not impair the health and well being of our numerous family pets. The service technician, Anthony, arrived at my home promptly for the scheduled appointment and walked me through the details of the services, products and methods, schedule of home treatments....and most importantly, protecting our family pets. Anthony then did a full inspection of the exterior of my home, patched and documented any possible entry holes into the home and applied the winter perimeter treatment. Anthony then deployed the traps and bait boxes in 2 separate attic spaces and ensured that I was fully informed on placement and after-action requirements. Great initial experience with Anthony and the Fox team!

Meghan was great, she was knowledgeable and thorough in her initial assessment and explained to us in detail about what her plan was and what to expect. Also, Orkin was very easy to deal with right off the bat. We will continue to use their services.

The Orkin professional came to my house and explained everything to me step by step he even helped me understand the process in which Orkin uses. I am recommending this company to anyone that has pest problems give Orkin a chance they are very good!

Orkin was great! They keep you up to date with appointment reminders. Mike lets you know when you’re the next stop. Appointment windows are reasonable and prices are competitive.

We have had issues with mice every winter for the past four years. We have a lake house in PA that is rural, so it's very common. However, being that it is a vacation rental, we had to get pest control out there every year to deal with it. This year it was the worst infestation we have ever had. Terminix, and the technician Andrew, was very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this company because they will come back out and finish the job without charging more. I have not had this type of success with any other pest control service.

I would give the technician, Cory Jones, a 5 star rating. He gives you advance notice he is coming. He explains everything he does and if he notices and problem areas.

First thing in the morning I found a mouse in my laundry (around 6 am) and called Terminex in an absolute panic. It barely took until mid morning for Ray, the first person I spoke with, who was so sweet and empathetic and put me at ease almost instantly, to Jake, the technician assigned to my home (he caught the mouse and answered every single question I had in addition to explaining the entire process along the way with such patience - amazing technician) and Tim, who processed the rest of the transaction (very professional, understanding, kind, and personable) I can say the team in Allentown is truly 5 stars+. I can’t say thank you enough.

So we had Chevy come in today and inspect. He was absolutely a pleasure to have here, he was extremely knowledgeable. He was also so helpful and literally put my nerves at ease. He definitely made us feel more comfortable before any services even start. I think I have already stopped itching! Thanks Chevy!! If I could give you 10 stars I would. It was a pleasure.
