Joe arrived when they said he would. He was very thorough in his review of our house. He went about the house treating it, answered any questions I had. When he finished inside he went outside and put down a perimeter deterrent. Finished in about an hour and let me know when I could expect to be contacted for the follow up visit. I was very pleased with the first visit.

Tech was very polite and respectful of my home (wore booties and gloves). He always keeps me apprise of what he is doing and why. He always asks if I am satisfied with treatment so far. I was overrun with field mice and now I only have 1-3 a month. I am very pleased.

Noah from Orkin was out to our house today to check all our bait boxes, inside and outside the house. He is always very professional and friendly. Our basement is mostly crawl spaces and requites him to crawl from space to space. He works quickly but never too busy to answer my questions. He has been here before and our experience with Noah and other Orkin staff has always been the same.

Every month Matthew checks the stations and inspects so no new burrows are starting around my home. This Company has the nicest, most professional, and dependable employees.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Overall we would definitely use this company again if the need were to arise. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. he diagnosed the problem and performed service necessary to solve the problem. I apppreciated the fact that he did not use scare tactics or try to upsell us additional services we did not need.

We were experiencing problems with field ants in our yard. We had at least 5 ant hills. They were killing the lawn and starting to come into the house. I contacted a couple of local pest control companies and J C Ehrlich was the most reasonably priced. After settling on Ehrlich I called them to order the service; they came out within a couple of days. I noticed the work order stated that they did a perimeter application but there no mention of the ant hills in the yard. I contacted them and to ensure it was done they came back out the next day. No questions, just prompt service. In less than a a week we saw a substantial decrease in the number of ants. We also saw a decline in the number of other pests such as earwigs and centipedes (I hate those things). They returned, as scheduled in July for the second follow up.
