Our Orkin man called ahead and was on time per the appointment window given. I showed him the areas of concern and he treated them immediately. He was very professional and polite. He even had puppy treats for my dog! Glad to have take care of our home.

My only comment was that the sales department needed to communicate better with tpeople that come out to work in your home. There was a little confusion and misunderstanding, But it all worked out well in the end. I am happy with what they did.And I'm waiting to see if I need them to come back at the fifteen or Thirty day promise to return if needed. Here's open I don't.

Spencer and his team were thorough. They listened to my request and what I’d like have looked at and spray. Very friendly and helpful. Top notch!!!

Lynn G. via google

We had an infestation of bugs that Spencer was able to identify immediately. He called that he would be early which worked perfectly. The communication is awesome. He identified the source and sprayed around the house on the first visit. To say I’m relieved and grateful is an understatement. Also, the person I scheduled the appointment with and the person that came out, Spencer, were very nice and helpful.

I had a contract with them. Termite and pest control service. Doug Kitchen the one who I dealt with was very considerate. He made sure what he use for the pest and will not get into my vegetable garden. The pesticide did not contaminate my vegetable garden.

She was prompt, friendly, & polite. She went over the billing completely & offered us all the options. I believe she offered us the treatment options.

Jivarey was extremely professional, and I would recommend him to anyone. I had several concerns, and he went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of at a personal level. Thank you- I am very pleased!

Haley C. via yelp

They are good. I think they are very thorough, responsive, and the tech that comes out to service once a quarter is always available if I have issues that arise between treatments or service checks. Its been wonderful that is there is something that comes up that is unsettling that has to do with bugs, I've always appreciated that they are very responsive.

via angieslist

We made an appointment for a bed bug inspection and estimate. We hadn't been able to find bug ourselves (despite having bites) and so I wanted to be sure that the inspector was able to identify what locations were affected. The individual who came to the house said he didn't feel a need to inspect since we'd had another company come inspect as well. In discussing pricing, he focused on what the price and warranty would be if we signed up for an annual contract for unrelated pest services. The written estimate we got included several pages of details related to the services we did not request and minimal detail about the actual bed bug treatment that we were asking for an estimate for. They may be an excellent company if you want other pest control, but don't seem to focus on bed bug treatment.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

Sue B.via Google

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Steven W.via Google

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Understanding Pest Control Pricing and Services in Hamilton, Ohio

In Hamilton, Ohio, homeowners seeking pest control can expect a range of pricing for various services, tailored to the size of the home, level of infestation, and specific pests being treated. Generally, initial service fees for pest control can range from $175 to $399, with monthly maintenance services typically ranging from $40 to $100 per month. These costs can fluctuate based on the company chosen, service plans, and whether additional treatments for pests like mosquitoes or rodents are necessary. It's important for homeowners to consider not just the price but the value offered by each plan, which may include preventive measures, regular inspections, and guarantees.

Comprehensive Coverage

Pest control services in Hamilton typically offer protection against a variety of common household pests. This usually includes ants, spiders, roaches, rodents, and more. However, some pests, like termites, bed bugs, and specific types of rodents or wildlife, may require specialized treatment plans. It's essential to check with your chosen provider to confirm which pests are included and whether any are excluded from the standard coverage.

Understanding Contracts

When signing up for pest control services, a contract or service agreement is often part of the process. This contract outlines the terms of service, frequency of treatments, and sometimes the duration of the agreement. Some companies offer flexibility with monthly plans and the ability to cancel at any time, while others may require a longer commitment with potential cancellation fees.

Satisfaction Guarantees

Many pest control providers offer guarantees, ensuring homeowners' peace of mind. These guarantees may include free re-treatment between scheduled visits if pests return, and in some cases, a money-back policy if the service fails to meet expectations. It's crucial to understand the details of these guarantees when selecting a pest control plan.

Treatment Expectations

During a typical pest control treatment, technicians will inspect the property, identify the pests, and apply treatments to targeted areas, both indoors and outdoors. The initial service often includes a more comprehensive treatment to address any current infestations, followed by regular maintenance visits to prevent future issues.

Strategic Bundling

Homeowners can often save money by bundling different pest control services. For example, combining general pest control with termite or mosquito treatments can lead to significant savings. Additionally, some companies offer free termite inspections or discounts on additional services when signing up for a comprehensive plan.

Specialty Pest Control

While general pest control covers a wide array of common critters, issues with termites, bed bugs, or wildlife may require specialized plans. These services are designed to tackle the unique challenges presented by these pests and often involve different treatment methods and expertise.

Choosing Service Frequency

Deciding between one-time or recurring pest control services depends on the homeowner's needs. One-time treatments can be effective for addressing a specific issue, but recurring services provide ongoing prevention and are typically recommended for long-term control and peace of mind.
