Im glad we went with Orkin. Nice guy that comes named Eliezer. He is thorough and always answers my questions knowledgeably. My kids also get excited to see him come over. We live in an apt with a slumlord who wont fix the hole going into our back wall. We fix with ducktape. And other annoying stuff. Which gives bugs full access. Since we started Orkin the bugs have almost stopped. Totally worth the money. I recommend Orkin to anyone who wants to make war with the bugs in their home. 😄

Orkin has been an amazing solution to my home care needs. I especially appreciate having the same technician come to my home every month for the treatment. Henry is cordial, polite, friendly and diligent in his work. On his mist recent visit, he offered to explain their seasonal mosquito treatment protocols and I really appreciated learning about this add-on service. My home has been through some really challenging infestations (fleas, rodents, squirrels, termites) and with the help of Orkin, snd Henry, it finally feels safe to live here!

I have been using Orkin for my residential pest control services for a couple years. I am very pleased with the services provided and happy with the local field representative (Fradique) who is very attentive and thorough when he visits my house on a quarterly basis. On occasion when there has been a minor pest issue this is immediately addressed and corrected.

I recently had Triangle Wildlife come out to address what I thought was a squirrel issue. Triangle quoted me $4,200 to fix the problem. I decided to get a second quote and called Trutech. Eric Adams from Trutech came out and spent a good amount of time walking around my house and exploring the attic. He then stepped out to his vehicle to prepare a quote. After about 10 minutes he came back to tell me that he wouldn't be giving me a quote as he'd essentially be ripping me off as I don't have a squirrel issue. He said I just need to get my gutters repaired in a few locations. I was super impressed with Eric's honesty and integrity. He was also training a new associate at that time and what an incredible example to set. Shout out to Eric and also if I ever do need wildllife services, you can bet I'll be calling Trutech. Watch out for those scammers over at Triangle Wildlife too!

Had a visit from Chris today. Scheduled for tomorrow but called, said he was in the area and asked if I we would like him to come by. I have to say that after dealing with the "O" word folks Truetech was from the start a welcomed change. The "O" word folk without so much as coming out to the house tried to have us commit to a one year service contract!!!!! """NO THANK YOU!!!!"""" No pressure from beginning to end. Chris did a thorough inspection but was unable to detect the source of the scratching noise that we heard within the pantry wall. Instead of trying to sell us service that he couldn't target the source. He shared some self help suggestions that I could deploy. Oh and by the way "didn't charge" us a dime for all the time put into the inspection. Thank You Chris!!!!! Truetech has a winner in you!!!!!

I'm updating my original review to reflect the fact that TruTech had no issues about returning to my home several additional times to fix new holes that cropped up. So long as you're under the monthly plan, they'll care take of any of your needs. So keep that in mind before cancelling!

My home in Raleigh had a raccoon issue. They came out quickly and resolved the problem. I would recommend them to anybody.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
