I was very pleased with Zack. He did a great job turned things over pick things up. He just really did a great job and so far we haven’t found any of them bugs so I will stay in touch if anything should happen or pop up, but I was very satisfied. I’m so relieved you can’t even imagine. And what a nice young man he was!

Angie is AWESOME! I would give her 5 stars over and over again. The service itself was effective and reliable. Getting in contact with Angie about our services was always so easy to do. The only problem I have is that I felt like I was misled when picking out our services. It is definitely on me for not checking sooner, but I was under the impression the monthly service was every month and the mosquito service was every other month. Again, I take some responsibility for not realizing this. When I realized I was paying every month for a mosquito service that wasn't effective and only seasonal (so not every month of the year), I tried to cancel. This was back at the end of 2024. Again, I should have noticed, but this was never cancelled and I was paying for it still during the off season. I called yesterday to have this cancelled again, but it only took about $8 off my monthly bill. So when I do the math, it turns out I am paying almost $200 for every service. It does work, but $200 seems a bit excessive. Every time I call the office, I get the same lady and she always seems angry with me. I would recommend Angie over and over again, but I don't think it's worth $200 per service.

So far we like the work being done in and around our home. The tech that came out to perform the task, is professional, knowledgeable, and shows genuine interest in what we had to share with him. We appreciate the details on the work that was done. We like the updates on arrival time so we can make sure someone is home. Overall, we give Orkin a 5-star rating.

I recently had Triangle Wildlife come out to address what I thought was a squirrel issue. Triangle quoted me $4,200 to fix the problem. I decided to get a second quote and called Trutech. Eric Adams from Trutech came out and spent a good amount of time walking around my house and exploring the attic. He then stepped out to his vehicle to prepare a quote. After about 10 minutes he came back to tell me that he wouldn't be giving me a quote as he'd essentially be ripping me off as I don't have a squirrel issue. He said I just need to get my gutters repaired in a few locations. I was super impressed with Eric's honesty and integrity. He was also training a new associate at that time and what an incredible example to set. Shout out to Eric and also if I ever do need wildllife services, you can bet I'll be calling Trutech. Watch out for those scammers over at Triangle Wildlife too!

Had a visit from Chris today. Scheduled for tomorrow but called, said he was in the area and asked if I we would like him to come by. I have to say that after dealing with the "O" word folks Truetech was from the start a welcomed change. The "O" word folk without so much as coming out to the house tried to have us commit to a one year service contract!!!!! """NO THANK YOU!!!!"""" No pressure from beginning to end. Chris did a thorough inspection but was unable to detect the source of the scratching noise that we heard within the pantry wall. Instead of trying to sell us service that he couldn't target the source. He shared some self help suggestions that I could deploy. Oh and by the way "didn't charge" us a dime for all the time put into the inspection. Thank You Chris!!!!! Truetech has a winner in you!!!!!

I'm updating my original review to reflect the fact that TruTech had no issues about returning to my home several additional times to fix new holes that cropped up. So long as you're under the monthly plan, they'll care take of any of your needs. So keep that in mind before cancelling!

My home in Raleigh had a raccoon issue. They came out quickly and resolved the problem. I would recommend them to anybody.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
