I’ve had a great experience with Fox Pest Control, and I especially want to highlight Jesse. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and polite—everything you’d hope for in a technician. As a woman, one thing I really appreciate when hiring service professionals is being treated with respect and spoken to as an equal. Unfortunately, that’s not always a given, but every technician I’ve met from Fox Pest Control has been excellent in this regard. Jesse was no exception—he explained everything clearly without being condescending and never asked to speak with my husband instead of me. He understood that I am fully capable of handling the service myself, which I greatly appreciate. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism and respect. Highly recommend!

My dad and I had the pleasure of working with David B. He was very kind and professional and a joy to work with. He was incredibly thorough with his examination, recommendations for the home, and the work he did for us. He made sure to explain his reasoning and the products he was using so we had a better understanding of the situation and the work that needs to be done. Been with Fox a couple years, always great service. Every technician we’ve ever had has been top notch. Today was our first service from Jesse, who is phenomenal. Super helpful and super friendly. He gave me some extra tips on how to repair some of my damaged window screens I’ve been putting off fixing due to cost. All around 10/10 experience.

Mark, the inspector who came by first was knowledgeable and kind, and helped put me at ease about the situation. Earl came by afterwards and he was wonderful. I especially appreciated that he took my dog into consideration when laying out traps, I thought that was very sweet. Everyone was prompt and helpful, and I was assured Earl would come back in two weeks to check on things, but that I can also still call within 30 days if something comes up.

The professional exterminator was very pleasant and throughly answered all my questions. I give him a huge thumbs up. I however, feel the service done was finished quickly so I have serious doubts if we couldn't have done are own extermination just as adequately. A very high price for the services. We will see if it permanently rids of the fleas for this short, brief visit.

Our Terminix technician John Brady is excellent in his service over the years. He always informs us ahead when he scheduled to come and arrives on time. After doing a thorough inspection, he would inform us immediately of the results every time. We are very pleased with the service he’s provided all these years.

From first contact to end of service, Trutech was responsive and patient. They answered all questions asked and accommodated all requests including my request for picture of work completion. Giving 4 stars only because of delayed arrival on both service dates. Highly recommend Trutech if you’re looking for assistance with wildlife (squirrel) removal.

I cannot say enough about the high quality of professionalism, care and concern TruTech representatives shared with me during inspection, planning, trapping and exclusion process around our antique home. Their knowledge base and understanding of wildlife is both compassionate and extensive. They spent time with me to explore every possible issue and were open to new information to solve our problem with 2 skunks, evidence of rats and other critters digging homes under our old house. Colin, Ryan, Harrison and Terry are Good Guys in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to work with them and cannot imagine better professionals or service.

We have used this pest control service since the WatchAll days and love our long time service provider Judy. We use Ehrlich for preventative house pest control as well as environmentally friendly spraying for tick and mosquito control.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews below! I've been using Ehrlich for the last year or so and found them to be friendly, helpful and reactive. We've been using them for regular household maintenance rather than to get rid of a big pest problem, which is a difference from some of the other reviews, but they have come out and gotten rid of a wasp nest within 24 hours, and the technician did arrive on time. I've been happy with the services we've received from them and plant to continue using them for pest control in the future.
