The technician arrived on time. Did the inspection and treatment and I haven't seen an ant since.
Mary J. via yelpWe have used this pest control since it was WatchAll for many years for our home in Hingham. We have been so lucky to have Judy as our service technician....
Susan W. via yelpWe have used this pest control service since the WatchAll days and love our long time service provider Judy. We use Ehrlich for preventative house pest control as well as environmentally friendly spraying for tick and mosquito control.
Eileen M. via yelpI'm surprised to see all the negative reviews below! I've been using Ehrlich for the last year or so and found them to be friendly, helpful and reactive. We've been using them for regular household maintenance rather than to get rid of a big pest problem, which is a difference from some of the other reviews, but they have come out and gotten rid of a wasp nest within 24 hours, and the technician did arrive on time. I've been happy with the services we've received from them and plant to continue using them for pest control in the future.

Initial inspections for termite and bed bug infestations
Okay, so it is a bit embarrassing for me to publicly show that I have an infestation. I call them “Greg’s,” but the infestation I actually have are roaches. Not too bad of an infestation. My family and I saw a couple (around 6-7) these past 2 weeks. I know from just learning from school that if you see one, you should get on it asap because that means there’s already an infestation since Greg’s (roaches) are very good at hiding. With that being said, I called Orkin because I was just so scared and clicked the first link that stood out to me. I saw how many years they were in business and took them as the solution. It took about 2 weeks for them to come over after the initial call. They had some scheduling conflict and had to push my scheduling to the week after. They are very busy and (admitted) to having not as many technicians available. Honestly, it’s the summer, it’s understandable. With that being said, I did get a $40 discount and they were willing to help me get someone out asap. Now onto the first session. So I just finished getting my house treated for the first time with Orkin. I had the pleasure of meeting Matt as he worked around the house. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Matt. He was very very understanding of me and my anxiety and answered ALL my questions without judgement or getting annoyed at me and my many questions. He sprayed the house (the Greg’s were only on the first floor as Matt saw, so the first floor which included the living room, the kitchen, the restroom, the utility closet, the closet underneath the stairs, and the washing/drying machine area; and he sprayed the entire parameter around the outside of the house). He then put the sticky traps, put the hormone traps (so that they cannot grow out of their exoskeleton and will die, and cannot lay more eggs). And he checked all around the house for them. As I was talking and making conversations with him in an attempt to feel better, I genuinely started to. I feel safer. I feel much better after hearing the other horror houses he’s been to. And I feel like, this is definitely a worthy service and I’d love to continue their service as long as I have these pest issues. For the price, I feel like it’s totally worth it. I get a check up every other month for a year (and the contract will renew itself) and I get free check-ins in between services. I really do believe that I went with the right choice and if you’re going through what I’m going through, I recommend Orkin. I have immense anxiety over Greg’s and bugs in general, so this is something that I don’t take lightly about. Which is why I’m very glad to be doing business with Orkin. Thank you to Matt for everything today and making me feel so much better.

Kimi N. via googleMy husband and I discovered a swarm of yellow jackets in our walk-in closet yesterday. Orkin was fantastic about scheduling a technician to come out this morning. Danny was PHENOMENAL. He was professional, personable, and reassuring to us. He was thorough and made sure all the bees were gone prior to his leaving. He made sure we were aware that there could be some residual bees between our clothing in the closet and for us to be careful when removing the clothes. Danny made what could have been a nightmare situation so easy for us to deal with. Because of the quick response time and Danny’s fantastic work ethic and demeanor, we will be Orkin customers for life.
Meg C. via googleI am very pleased with the level of service that I receive. Mike, who is my new tech Jasmine transitioning into the office, has been phenomenal. Thank you very much. I appreciate your service that you provide and thorough and kind people that work for your company.

From first contact to end of service, Trutech was responsive and patient. They answered all questions asked and accommodated all requests including my request for picture of work completion. Giving 4 stars only because of delayed arrival on both service dates. Highly recommend Trutech if you’re looking for assistance with wildlife (squirrel) removal.
Stacey H. via googleI cannot say enough about the high quality of professionalism, care and concern TruTech representatives shared with me during inspection, planning, trapping and exclusion process around our antique home. Their knowledge base and understanding of wildlife is both compassionate and extensive. They spent time with me to explore every possible issue and were open to new information to solve our problem with 2 skunks, evidence of rats and other critters digging homes under our old house. Colin, Ryan, Harrison and Terry are Good Guys in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to work with them and cannot imagine better professionals or service.
Cindy M. via googleVery capable and professional from start to finish Will add a fifth star in another month or so if my crazed squirrel has truly moved on!
Rachel M. via googleStaff was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, provided notice of when they were arriving, accomodated our schedules. Only gave 4 stars because the animal was elusive and their time with us was limited by the contract with our property management company. Would highly recommend them.
Denise H. via googleBen inspected our property and came up with a plan to alleviate our issue. Ben was straight forward and professional in his approach in dealing with our issue. Ben is a credit to the company.

Technician Seth was very professional and informative. Seth spent a lot of time with me explaining the different insect species. I would definitely recommend Seth for acceleration in the Terminex business
Seth A. via googleOur technician was not only knowledgeable, friendly, and totally professional, he worked extremely hard sealing off our house from mice and other pests. And it worked! We caught in traps three mice the next morning, and have seen none in the house for multiple weeks since he left. Outstanding! (We learned that he has also performed similar service in the past for some of the Patriots, including Tom Brady.)
Loren R. via googleThe technicians at Terminix are often hit or miss. The most recent tech that has come out was amazing, I hope they just keep him. There have been a number of techs over the years, which is an indicator that they may not be the best place to work. The techs seem to do a good job overall, but once they get really good they seem to move on. The annual inspection was done by a gentleman who was from management who was really just trying to sell me on additional services which I was not interested in. I imagine if others were approached with the same information, they would buy it, hook line and sinker and waste a bunch of money. Overall I would rate Terminix better than the other pest services I’ve used in the area, you just wind up calling back a few times and needing return visits. Most recently, our tech Adam was great; he was thorough and very professional.
Harold via googleThe technician Michelle is great! Always on time, very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend her and Terminex. I’ve been using them for 10+ years and have always had a great experience with them.
Janeen S. via googleI didn’t give them a five star rating because I have not had time to see how the services are. As it is difficult to give anyone a five star rating until you see how the services is. I did not check off good value I did not check up service because I have not had time to see how the service is. I was overall happy with what they had to offer and we’ll see how things go. I did have one termite traps come up out of the ground for reasons we don’t know however, they did respond rather quickly about getting out here and getting it serviced. So far everything seems OK otherwise and we will see once get started.
