Michael Colon was our Fox technician this past service and his service was excellent. We had mice in our basement gym and he upped our protection, clearly explained what he was doing and was very sensitive to the fact we have a pet in the house. Can’t recommend him enough!

Have been using Fox for a couple years and think they do a very good job. The technicians always seem very knowledgeable, thorough, and don’t shy away from any pest related issues. Most recently Michael Colon was at our house and did a great job! The company is usually very quick to send a technician out when needed.

Their office was top notch. Knowledgeable, patient, informative, calm, and prompt. Took my call on a Saturday where the other companies I tried (4 others before I discovered Fox!) either dropped the call or their answering service did not know where my town was, or simply did not return my call. When someone came out to my home they were kind and professional, and very patient with my dog who was loud. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, especially if you discover rodents in your home and it’s unsettling.

Mark, the inspector who came by first was knowledgeable and kind, and helped put me at ease about the situation. Earl came by afterwards and he was wonderful. I especially appreciated that he took my dog into consideration when laying out traps, I thought that was very sweet. Everyone was prompt and helpful, and I was assured Earl would come back in two weeks to check on things, but that I can also still call within 30 days if something comes up.

The professional exterminator was very pleasant and throughly answered all my questions. I give him a huge thumbs up. I however, feel the service done was finished quickly so I have serious doubts if we couldn't have done are own extermination just as adequately. A very high price for the services. We will see if it permanently rids of the fleas for this short, brief visit.

We have used Terminex for 20 years. In that time we have had two technicians (the first one retired), and they were both very caring professionals who work hard to try to solve issues.

We have had a contract with Terminix for many years and have always had a great experience. We initially contacted them when we had large ants in our home. They come out every few months to spray around our house to try to prevent ants and other insects from getting inside. I had to call recently after we found a few wasps in our kitchen. I let them know that I wanted to move out of my house, and they kindly scheduled an additional treatment as soon as possible. The technician who came to our home was kind and friendly, and he listened to my concerns. He took my concerns and fear seriously, and he thoroughly checked for nests in our yard and nearby trees in our neighborhood. I truly appreciate the quick response from Terminix and the compassion of our technician.

Contacted Terminix based upon local recommendations for rodent control. Inspection was quickly scheduled with Daniel onsite including a quote. Agreed on scope of work, and his crew came by the next day. Rapid immediate service. Mark and team sealed off any exterior entry points around the house foundation including 2 bait stations, and placed bait and traps inside the home. Home has been rodent free for 10 days. Followup visit will occur this week at day 14. Thorough, systematic, effective so far. Thank you.

We had a bat situation and they did awesome getting rid of bats and disinfecting attic. Terminix is just a phone call away. I call and they show up. We chose them because a family member had good things to say about their service (of several years) When we moved to the current house we first called the business that had been servicing it. From first contact to end of service, Trutech was responsive and patient. They answered all questions asked and accommodated all requests including my request for picture of work completion. Giving 4 stars only because of delayed arrival on both service dates. Highly recommend Trutech if you’re looking for assistance with wildlife (squirrel) removal.

I cannot say enough about the high quality of professionalism, care and concern TruTech representatives shared with me during inspection, planning, trapping and exclusion process around our antique home. Their knowledge base and understanding of wildlife is both compassionate and extensive. They spent time with me to explore every possible issue and were open to new information to solve our problem with 2 skunks, evidence of rats and other critters digging homes under our old house. Colin, Ryan, Harrison and Terry are Good Guys in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to work with them and cannot imagine better professionals or service.

Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, professional,provided notice of when they were arriving, accomodated our schedules. Only gave 4 stars because the animal was elusive and their time with us was limited by the contract with our property management company. Would highly recommend them.

We have used this pest control service since the WatchAll days and love our long time service provider Judy. We use Ehrlich for preventative house pest control as well as environmentally friendly spraying for tick and mosquito control.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews below! I've been using Ehrlich for the last year or so and found them to be friendly, helpful and reactive. We've been using them for regular household maintenance rather than to get rid of a big pest problem, which is a difference from some of the other reviews, but they have come out and gotten rid of a wasp nest within 24 hours, and the technician did arrive on time. I've been happy with the services we've received from them and plant to continue using them for pest control in the future.
