We love Greg, the exterminator who’s been to our house a couple of times. He’s the best one we’ve had. He’s always friendly, does a great job, and explains everything well. We also love that they use environmentally safe practices to protect your pets. But the overall scheduling is terrible. We have used their 365 service for the past year and I’m not sure we’ve had anyone show up on time within the scheduled four-hour window more than once. Sometimes people haven’t shown up at all, nor did they call to explain what happened. I’m not sure if they’re just over scheduling or short-handed or what, but it needs improvement.

So initially I called and made my appointment. The answering service gave me a day with the hours of 1pm to 5pm. Day of the appointment I called at 4:50pm and was told I was still scheduled. Well the technician no called and was a no show. The next day I called to say what the….. is going on. This answering service lady said she saw no appointment scheduled. She stated she would look into it. I go to work and the service calls back, even after saying to call after 3pm. Well they left no voicemail. I callback and now was informed that a appointment was scheduled without my consent. So I change this appointment time to one that suits me. Once my technician came he took proper Covid safety precautions. Greg, my technician, was super friendly, explained step by step of what he was doing and accomplished his task in a reasonable time frame. It is only because of Greg’s service I’m giving a 3 star vs a 1 star.

I had a mouse problem. They told me up front that they wouldn't be able to get rid of them entirely until I got some work done outside the house where they were coming in... And they showed me the problem areas. BUT... after about a month or so... And at least 7 mice caught in their traps... I no longer have a mice problem! I still have to make repairs to the outside of my home to make sure they don't come back with Winter... But for now, I'm Mouse Free!

Excellent on Flea removal in houses. A++

With the weather getting colder rodents are seeking warmth. We found a small mouse in the garage. The service man checked the boxes and put down fresh bait. Always friendly and explains what he’s doing. We’re pleased with the service.

My tech that came out was named Carlos. Carlos did an amazing job. He talked to us explained the process of what he was going to do and how everything should work. He paid attention to details and answered any question we may have had. He went above and beyond. Thanks Carlos hope to see u again if not I definitely will be requesting u.

Carlos was great he deserves a raise. He was friendly and respectful got the job done and made sure all questions were answered to the best of his ability. I would love to have him as my technician moving forward with my service with Orkin! 😁

Great service. Very thorough and responsive. Watch your billing. They may change packages with things you don't need like mosquito service when my city already does it. Like all things in life pay attention and you'll be fine.

I am super happy with my service and the technician that came out was amazing. He was respectful, curtious, explained everything he was doing, what it was, and how it worked. Told us we could contact the company at any time if there were any other issues. Carlos is a great guy and I would love for him to be my regular tech for future visits. Very, very trustworthy.

Had a good experience with Orkin rep who visited our home. Did thorough treatment and informed us on what he was doing and using. I just began service so I can’t entirely rate the effectiveness of their products, so ill come back in 6 months or so to provide another review.

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

Our tech on this visit gets a 5-Star review. She was knowledgeable, professional and took care of all our issues, even the ones that somehow did not make it on the service report. She properly explained what she was planning to do. Hands down, the best tech we have ever had since signing up for Terminix. A++++++++++

Terminix was quick to respond to my request for service and the results was very positive after the first treatment. I have not been bothered with any more bugs since. The technician, Dj, was professional and answered all of my questions.

We are absolutely satisfied with the overall experience we had with Terminex. Mike, our sales rep, & Todd, our tech, were both very knowledgeable, forthcoming & professional. We feel confident that our home is now protected.

Our local Chicago tech, Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent communication and support throughout the day he inspected our home. We were very concerned about a potential bed bug problem and he helped us feel peace of mind when he confirmed that we DID NOT have this issue. He recommended a quarterly treatment at a great deal for preventative measures and we are so glad we did it! The tech who conducted the treatment was also a wonderful communicator and very efficient in getting it done in a timely manner.

My technician Terry is amazing. He is always on time and ensures that I never miss an appointment by sending me a reminder text at least 2 days before. He is very personable and does an amazing job everytime! Keep up the good work Terry.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
