Oksana was a very competent, professional, and skillful exterminator. She readily answered all of my questions and found areas within my household that those little Mickey’s have used to get in. She took her time and by the time she left, I am thoroughly assured that those mice will not be able to get into my house.. I recommend her very highly as an aside. She also was very kind to my dogs that were very interested in what she was doing.

Alejandro was very informative and I'm very pleased with his service and communication. He walked me through my house and around my house and helped me to understand why I'm having problems with rodents. In addition, he patched up areas that I would've never known were to patch. Our Technician, Trestan Marshall was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of the pest we were bothered by. He helped us to understand what we were up against and presented a great action plan. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. Our Technicians were very prompt. Jamir came in my house, respectful of not to track on floor. He immediately ran down the list of things they going to check out and do. Before doing anything Jamir explained it and what will be accomplished. Also explained options I have. What is done outside if you have a mice problem. What will be done on their second visit. Jamir seemed genuine and liked his job. I hope things come out like he described.
