We had a problem with some small black insects. Sundar diagnosed the problem, made the application and told us it would take 2 weeks to be certain the treatment worked. He was right on the treatment and the time frame. Problem resolved. He is very reliable and thorough in his work and his explanations. We are happy customers.

Bernisha Lewis has been the brave soul to help me at both of my homes to ensure it was free of pest activities, especially during my move-in. She is personable and kind. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! I love Active Pest Control because their customer service is top notch. I especially love the guy that sprays my property, Bryan. He is the best and I realize he's a big reason for why I'm happy having Active take care of my pest and mosquito needs. Bryan takes his time and I realized the difference when he was not working. Active you need more guys like Bryan working for you, he's the absolute best.

Well, the technician stopped by. Asked if I had any "issues". I said "no". He said ok. I'll stop back next month to check. So, he was very personable, but I didn't get a service today. I guess, I'll only get a service IF I see a bug inside. So, I can’t really rate the service today. Had to hit at least one star to post the review. I received a phone call from an active representative who read my review. He was just as warm & engaging as the technician had been. The rep helped me to understand the service that the company provides as it relates to the billing cycle, as I was a bit confused by both. I deeply appreciated the outreach call and the rep seemed genuine in his effort to improve my opinion of my initial review. I now better understand and know better what to expect going forward. The very next day the same technician returned to my house and did provide a pest control service. Just those customer servicing efforts deserve five stars from me! Thanks Active Pest Control!
