The services I received today were phenomenal. My service tech Naima did a proficient job. She was respectful and got every room in the house inside and out. I had questions and she answered them accordingly. The orkin service manager Will was very respectful and professional.

My landlord had another company come out the same frequency, andI still saw roaches and spiders all the time!! Im finally able to have Errol with Orkin again and NO issues. Zero. Excellent pest control service! I have used Orkin for many years at each home I have owned and it is a must have service for me! I am one that does not want ANY bugs in the house which is why I rely on Orkin to consistently help keep the bugs out! The staff is also very friendly and responsive. My service was amazing! Michael, my technician, came to treat my home for pest control and addressed all my concerns.He was very thorough and professional.I mentioned I thought I had squirrels in my attic, and he even called his technician Randell to check on that. Randell came within an hour to inspect my property and determined I had raccoons. We set up a plan to remove them and repair the entry points and insulation! Excellent service.

We were very pleased with our Terminix inspection. Ashton notified us just prior to our appointment that he was on his way, completed the inspection, and spoke with us afterwards to see if we had any other concerns or questions. We appreciated his professionalism and his friendliness.

Ashton did a great job. He texted me the day before to remind me of the appointment and texted me enroute. He was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra distance to make sure everything was exactly how it should be, while also explaining the process to me in detail as I walked the property with him. I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

What an operation, Active Pest Control came out to solve a problem with Wasps in my hedges. Nathan, Assessed the situation and gave me a great price and set me up for the next morning. This morning I received a call from James. He came out and handle all my problems in a short period of time. He removed the nest and sprayed my bushes and surrounding area for even a herd of ants. During the inspection, David found active termites in one of our bait stations, which understandably could have been alarming. But he took the time to walk me through exactly what was happening in clear, calm, and well-informed language. He explained how the system is designed to work, what the termites were doing, and why the station was actually doing its job perfectly. He even described the biological process of how the bait affects the colony in a way that made complete sense. I also appreciated that, while he was efficient, he didn’t overly rush the appointment or just check a box and move on. He carefully and diligently checked each station, made sure everything around the house looked good, and explained what to expect next.
