I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

I love Active Pest Control because their customer service is top notch. I especially love the guy that sprays my property, Bryan. He is the best and I realize he's a big reason for why I'm happy having Active take care of my pest and mosquito needs. Bryan takes his time and I realized the difference when he was not working. Active you need more guys like Bryan working for you, he's the absolute best.

Well, the technician stopped by. Asked if I had any "issues". I said "no". He said ok. I'll stop back next month to check. So, he was very personable, but I didn't get a service today. I guess, I'll only get a service IF I see a bug inside. So, I can’t really rate the service today. Had to hit at least one star to post the review. I received a phone call from an active representative who read my review. He was just as warm & engaging as the technician had been. The rep helped me to understand the service that the company provides as it relates to the billing cycle, as I was a bit confused by both. I deeply appreciated the outreach call and the rep seemed genuine in his effort to improve my opinion of my initial review. I now better understand and know better what to expect going forward. The very next day the same technician returned to my house and did provide a pest control service. Just those customer servicing efforts deserve five stars from me! Thanks Active Pest Control!

My Experience with Taylor was what I needed and expect from a professional he was on time, ask questions and I was greeted respectfully, he explained to me what, where and why the job he performed around the house. I want to say how much we really appreciate our Technician,Taylor Harris. He does a tremendous job every time. About 6 months ago before Taylor was are Technician they would spend about 5 minutes on our yard. We started getting ant hills and seeing more bugs. Since Taylor showed up we have not seen anymore ant hills and the bugs are gone. He does a thorough job every time. I hope we get to keep him as our Technician.

I’ve been using active for years! I’m very pleased with their service and the monthly cost is very affordable. My family loves spending time in the backyard and not having to worry about mosquitoes snacking on us while we soak in the sun! Our tech is super friendly and very thorough.

Had service put on hold in Jan /Feb. 2024 for future next quarter service beginning on May 2024. Orkin billed for service anyway. Called and the billing was reversed quickly and without hassle. I appreciated the promptness.

My Rep, Scott Brown, is the best in the business!He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. No task is too small or large, he treats every visit with urgency and importance. Since having him at this location, things have improved greatly. My only request is that you don't re-assign him. LolHe is a model representative for your company. You are lucky to have him!!

We switched to Orkin after having a company that could not keep up with the demand and coverage space for our needs for our warehouse. We had a sales manager reach out to us and was out within 2 days to access the property and to advise the needs for what we needed. They were prompt, honest and very helpful! Highly recommend, no issues and they email all invoices and service notes.

Orkin goes back to my younger years. My mom always used Orkin. John was very professional, on time and took his time with my inspection and spraying our home. The Terminix man examined each of the bait traps surrounding my house in a very thorough and expeditious manner. Upon completion he gave me valuable feedback on what was done and what he observed. I was pleased with the service I received.

Exceptional customer service. The Technician always communicates with me the day before coming to my home, once he’s onsite and after he has completed treatment. I’ve been contracted with Terminix for years. I initially started my service with Terminix over 11 years ago at my first home. Sold that home and moved. Once I relocated to my new home and the builder 1 year termite warranty was up, i immediately switched over to Terminix who I trusted. I have the termite and pest control service with them. Been back with them now for 4 years. If I have any concerns between my scheduled services time, I simply call Terminix customer service and they schedule my technician to come back out. I’m very happy with my service. Highly recommend Terminix!

The technician called the evening before which was really appreciated. He was kind, diligent and informative. The bait install took place within 48 hours and we were very happy with the service from start to finish.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Communicated their arrival estimate effectively & showed up as scheduled. They were comfortable in answering my questions as we discussed everything that was to be accomplished. Will need to return in 20 days to complete the outdoor treatment DUE TO mild rain / wet lawn conditions.

My bois over at Aptive showed up precisely when they were suppose to and kept open communication throughout the process. My Aptive Expert cleaned the literally $&%# out of the bugs in my yard and sprayed down my house with the god given chemicals to finally rid my family of the oppressive mosquitoes forces drawn to our delicious blood. I received a bundle of photos showing the work being done, both the inside and outside where plunged with that holy water of bug be gone and I haven’t felt a bite for days. Gee did a wonderful job! Took into account both our dogs and did all the preferences we had! Was on time and was excellent on explaining what the process was.

I had a scheduled service visit and wanted to get the interior done as well. The technician, Marcus, had not been informed on my interior request. When he arrived, he texted me to let me know he had arrived and would begin the service. I immediately called him and informed him of my request. I asked if he could give me a 15 minute to return to the house. Marcus said he would service another customer in the neighborhood and would return to the house. When Marcus returned, he was very pleasant and professional. I thanked him for accommodating my request even though he had not been informed. He treated the exterior and then proceeded to do the interior. Marcus, was thorough and attentive with his performance. I felt he cared for my home with the same attitude and thoroughness as if it was his own. We had good conversation as he performed the service. He just gave off good energy. It was a pleasure talking with him. Marcus provided great customer service. He is the perfect example of a model technician who cares about his work performance and customer engagement. He even send pictures of his exterior task even though I was present during the visit. Marcus is not only a good technician but he is also a good person with a good spirit and positive energy.
