They are great with schedules. Great office customer service. I'm on a lot of land, and when the tech comes out, he's only here for less than 10 minutes. I'm at work, and my mom is too sweet to follow them around to make sure they thoroughly spray. I general spray for mosquitoes 24hrs before company because whatever they spray doesn't work. I changed to Arrow for indoor.

I have been using Active Pest Control for 10++ years and have never received less than excellent effective service. I live in a pine grove where pests can present a challenge but using Active Pest Control has allowed me to have a pest free home through all seasons. On the rare occasion when I had outdoor issues like mosquitoes, wasps or ants around my pool, my concerns were addressed quickly and dealt with completely. The technicians are always friendly and professional and never fail to inquire about any problems I might have. The office communicates the service schedule and billing information effectively and the services are comparably priced for my community. I have recommended this company to my family and friends and sincerely recommend them to anyone needing pest control services.

I love them so much we were infested in German roaches. We've been with them for probably 2 years we are now to the point to where we just see maybe one or two and that is a big improvement I like it because they change chemicals they just don't spray one kind they come in and spray different kinds to where the German roaches don't get immune to the same spray.

The Orkin professional was courteous and professional. Why didn’t I use them in the past?? They only have the most revered reputation. I am looking forward to a long, pest free relationship!

My Technician is Dominique and he is AWESOME. Very professional, always on time. And answers every question I may have. I've been using this company for a while now and their treatments are effective when done regularly.

The technician was professional but friendly, knowledgeable but not overbearing. I enjoyed talking with him. A young man with his head and heart in the right place.

Bryton was our service rep. He was in communication about his schedule letting us know he would be within the original service window but later than expected, he still made it within the service window. When he arrived, he was attentive to what I had to say (birds living in the chimney), took a look in the chimney, saw no evidence of bird nesting but did see the droppings, gave me an education on roosting but not nesting birds then gave me 2 solutions for handling and an estimate of when he'll have that to us. All of this in about :20! He was competent and mannerly and even went out of his way to answer another question I had about possible wildlife living in a busy area of my backyard an how to handle. Excellent service, will call them again if needed for any service they provide. 7 June 2023 update: The initial service was great but we did have to call to chase up the estimate owed. There was no communication on day of service re: ETA of when technician would be here.

I moved into a home that was empty for awhile and had an issue with spiders. The area was also heavily wooded. After one visit, from Terminix, I have not seen any at all…alive at least. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I promise it’s worth the money to invest in protection from pests.

Joya W. via google

The technicians that came out great! On time and friendly, and very good at explaining what was going to be done. When they were done, they called us to let us know. They also stop at the next day to drop off one additional thing they didn’t have on the day of service. My complaint is that no one from Terminex has contacted me since to set up my follow up appointment which I was told would be within 2 to 3 days of my original service. It’s been almost a week since my original service and I’m still waiting on a return to the call I place last week. For the amount of money that I spent on the service, I am annoyed that no one has followed up yet.

Elizabeth V. via google

Terminix was not able to help me with my pest problem because they thought a procedure that the company no longer offers would be best. The inspector did refer me to other pest control services that could provide the procedure, and I have an appointment with one on Monday afternoon.

Eileen N. C. via google

I’ve used TERMINIX as long as I’ve owned my home for both termite treatment and pest control. They are very dependable and offer peace of mind with their guarantee. The guys are all great and they work with my schedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Common Pest Problems

Georgia residents often face various pest issues that can be bothersome and potentially harmful to both their homes and health. One common pest problem in Georgia is ants. These tiny creatures can invade homes in search of food, leaving behind trails and causing structural damage. They can be particularly troublesome during warmer months when they become more active. Another pest that residents often encounter is mosquitoes. With Georgia's humid climate, mosquitoes thrive and can make spending time outdoors quite unpleasant. Additionally, they can transmit diseases such as West Nile Virus and Zika Virus, making effective pest control crucial.

Furthermore, Georgia residents may also have to deal with termites. These silent destroyers can cause significant damage to homes and properties, leading to expensive repairs. Termites are particularly prevalent in the warmer regions of the state, where they can infest wooden structures, including foundations, flooring, and furniture. Lastly, rodents like rats and mice can be a persistent nuisance for Georgia residents. These pests can enter homes through small openings, seeking shelter and food. Not only can they cause damage to property and electrical wiring, but they can also spread diseases, posing a risk to the health and safety of residents.

Given the prevalence of these pests and the potential risks they pose, it is essential for Georgia residents to consider professional pest control services. With their local expertise, pest control professionals can accurately identify the specific pest issues and customize effective treatment plans to eliminate them. By seeking the assistance of a reputable pest control company, residents can protect their homes, safeguard their health, and enjoy a pest-free living environment.
