Great communication and service from everyone at this office. Do keep in mind that if you've made an appointment through the main Orkin website, sometimes that information doesn't get connected to the local offices. This happened to us but the local office rectified the situation the next day and the owner came out for our initial visit. We had tried for many years to do-it-ourselves without much success, just ongoing headaches trying to keep insects out. Within just two visits, we're happy we got the pros involved. We've also implemented the termite solution because that's a responsible homeowner thing to do (and it had been causing stress thinking that whatever the builder had done decades ago wasn't sufficient). We love our technician Scott!

I can't say enough good things about my Service with Orkin. From the Customer Service with Lawren, the tick referral, coming out the next day when I have a trail of ants, my 3 Mosquito buckets are a gem, the Technitions are very friendly, good gracious the list could go on. My Service with Orkin allows me to be out on my Back Porch Sanctuary and on my woodsy trails around my property without getting eaten up by mosquitos. And the flea and tick referral as well, not having any of those pesky kritters jumping on me. Thanks again for the great service. And a special thanks to Lawren... shes awwsome!

After a couple of hiccups to begin my service it was finally taken care of. Every company makes mistakes but I know what defines a good company is how they handle them and working handled some simple miscommunications and scheduling issues perfectly to take care of me. Today I was actually at home during my visit when a young lady technician named Crystal visited. She was clearly very thorough and very personable and made me very comfortable that she would be the technician most likely in my home moving forward. I would highly recommend orkin to anybody that cares about customer service. Oh and by the way I haven't seen a roach in a while.

We have had Terminix termite protection via a contract for more than 34 years and have never experienced any issues. They come quickly and resolve the issue quickly if there are any infestations and they do a thorough inspection every year as part of the contract. This year, Anthony came and inspected the house, garage, basement and yard professionally, efficiently and communicated the results expediently. Thank you, Anthony and Terminix for what you do for us.

Carl provided advanced notice and confirmation of our annual appointment. He sent a text I forming me of his pending arrival. Upon arrival he introduced himself and explained what he would doing. Afterwards he provided an explanation of his findings. I was also provided with a printed report an a final emai.

Original date canceled. Then tech showed up early for next date. My concerns were met with resistance. I had to be firm. For future, I want all techs to wear cover ups for shoes while in my home. Thank you.

I cannot say I got a 5 star experience because 1) did not know they were coming until they called me from my driveway to ask if they could walk around the house outside. I said "yes". 2) I did not know they were gone until the truck was no longer in my driveway. 3) I did not get any report positive or negative. No communication at all after I said "yes"

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! Drew does an excellent job with all of our pest control needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always addresses any concerns we have thoroughly. He takes his time and pays attention to the details which matter when critters can get in small spaces. We are with Active because of Drew. Definitely the best technician!
