Had extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!

For some reason had to do hard credit check to do payments to company. Still a good company despite that. Not a fan of pretty much taking out a loan for service.

Carl provided advanced notice and confirmation of our annual appointment. He sent a text I forming me of his pending arrival. Upon arrival he introduced himself and explained what he would doing. Afterwards he provided an explanation of his findings. I was also provided with a printed report an a final emai.

Original date canceled. Then tech showed up early for next date. My concerns were met with resistance. I had to be firm. For future, I want all techs to wear cover ups for shoes while in my home. Thank you.

I cannot say I got a 5 star experience because 1) did not know they were coming until they called me from my driveway to ask if they could walk around the house outside. I said "yes". 2) I did not know they were gone until the truck was no longer in my driveway. 3) I did not get any report positive or negative. No communication at all after I said "yes"

Did yearly check of termite bit stations and replaced the ones that needed replaced. They notified me a couple of days before the inspection the time range they would be there. They were professional. The cost seems reasonable for the service.

I called them because I had a raccoon in my attic. The inspector found a raccoon corpse and droppings too. I was told that I had to get a full exclusion as well. The work was good, but the price was a little high—my fault for accepting it and feeling the pressure of resolving the issue. For getting rid of the raccoon, picking up the corpse, sanitizing, and performing an exclusion, I was charged $2,450.00 USD.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Active Pest Control has some unkind reviews. I don't review often but felt this was so well deserved I had to . Seth came from Active, called prior to arrival to say on his way. He presented us at the door with a business card and explained what he would be doing while outside. We are older folks and found him very considerate. We invited him in. He went into details as to what he was going to do and what we should expect. He spoke in a language that we could understand. We just moved to Georgia. We completely understood everything. He was very detail oriented and took his time. He was so kind and not once did he push us into anything. He never spoke poorly of other companies we had contacted. He was so friendly yet professional. In the end Active is the best. I read poor reviews but I can only say if I could give more than 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them. Seth was well educated in the his field and a true gentleman.

Talk about a great customer service experience, thank you Tim! After I complained that my issues were not resolved, I learned my tech never heard about my initial call. Once he did, he made sure not only to address my concerns but he also called the following day to check in to ensure we were happy with our service. I respect a company that acknowledges there was an issue and then goes above and beyond to right the situation! Very happy customer of 3 years!

Russ is outstanding! Glad to have him as my tech. He notifies me when he is going to be there,and after service he let's me know any issues that he sees or took care of while he was there. I know if Russ comes out to my home everthing is done right. I can't say that about other techs that serviced my home. I hope management knows how valuable Russ is and sets the standard for others.

Russ is fantastic would not want anyone else servicing my home. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I wish more people put in the dedication as he does. I would give more stars if I could. This company is lucky to have him as their employee.
