This was my first experience using Orkin and my service representative Dan, was amazing and so, very, thorough. He explained everything to me, the process, what to expect and even found an issues I was not aware of and handled that too. Had service for wasp infestation and nest removed. One time special application. Also, had outside perimeter sprayed for bugs and spiders. Our tech Rachel was amazing and very professional plus pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Orkin. I have used them for over fifty years and never been disappointed.

Blown away by the quality of service, professionalism, and genuine care from start to finish! My son was set to discharge from the hospital until a sudden swarm of extremely aggressive wasps took up residence across the entire front of our house, dive bombing anyone (including vehicles) that approached. Needless to say, I couldn't bring my son home until the wasps were gone and I was desperate! I called Orkin about 1-2pm and asked if there was ANY way possible someone could come out to our house same day (website states to call before noon for same day service so I didn't get my hopes up). I explained our situation and the woman who took my call (I don't recall her name) was so compassionate and hurried to squeeze us in the schedule. She was so kind and worked hard to fit us in! The tech (Lucas H/ Luke) was equally wonderful! He was able to come out sooner than expected and worked with us remotely from the hospital and made the whole process REALLY easy! One of the things that stuck out to me was how friendly he was - his happy energy was palpable and he was so personable. And not only did he take care of the wasps so we could come home, but he treated the whole perimeter of our house for spiders/ other insects which I was soooo appreciative of! Did not expect that, especially since we were squeezed in between other clients. Luke really went above and beyond, did a great job, and had excellent communication the entire way. This was our first time using Orkin and I LOVE that they stand behind their work with a 30-day guarantee so if the wasps come back in the next month, they'll come out for free!!!! I was impressed with the level of communication from the company as well - I received updates on when the tech was on his way AND when he arrived to include his name and photo which I think is an excellent safety measure! 100/10 all the way around! Will absolutely use Orkin in the future and will be requesting Luke! Thank you for keeping our family safe, Orkin!

Marcelino arrived at my house actually early. He took the time to reach out to me and adjusted his time to my schedule. I don’t message this because anything went wrong. I actually message because I think Marcelino was great! He was incredibly professional. He took his time to hear out my specific needs, very customer friendly and open minded to my ask. Dylan V. Is absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and informative. He gives suggestions on how to keep bugs out and today he found a mouse in one of the sticky traps for bugs and immediately contacted the company to have someone come out to determine what is going on and how it got in. Alex D. Is an awesome technician. Polite, knowledgable, patient, friendly, he explains all our services that he does each time. He is the reason we have kept Terminex. I would hope all their technicians are as through and competent as he is. He comes out every time we call, addressing all our needs.

Dylan came over to do the insect spray. He asked me where my concerns were and what treatments he was going to do. He is very knowledgeable and did all that I concerned about plus the regular routine. Dylan is personable and well into his job. A huge Thank you to him. Super customer service!

Dylan Vasquez has been our service tech for two treatments now. He’s been very friendly and professional. Sales and service teams are great at what they do, and have a passion for the animals they work with. Management however, could use a few training courses in following through on simple requests.

Apparently the District Manager didn't get the memo as we sat and waited for another call that never came as promised yesterday. ****Update**** Eric called and came to the house himself. Did a complete inspection and provided a quote on the spot before leaving. We are undecided on using them or not yet and hope if we do move forward the communication issues are resolved.
