This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

We’ve had Truly Nolan for a while now. They are so consistent with their communications you know exactly what is happening and what to expect. Jackie Mitchell is our technician and we are so happy that he’s our guy. He always asks about any concerns and is TRULY engaged with his customers and does such a thorough job. I am very secure with my service and live pest free.

The last few years Elliot Hedman has been our service technician. He is very gracious, polite, knowledgeable explains things very well and his service is excellent. The Tech came out and was very thorough and explained everything he did in detail. Very professional -asked if we had questions or any specific concerns . Very smooth process and communication was great!

Awesome customer service both on the phone and in person!! Such a great example on how quality pest control should be done! So glad I chose to get cockroach elimination/prevention services with them and for such a reasonable price (143 initial) with as many FREE follow up treatments as needed after the first major spray treatment, monthly thereafter 43$ a month. I can't compliment this company enough! Even their technicians are very knowledgeable in the field, VERY professional attitude and attire. I haven't seen this great of service for a VERY long time. Impressed with Jeff, salesman as well as Austin the person who came out to do the work. Unfortunately there was a water pipe in our bedroom that was drilled through and created quite the water feature in our bedroom. Austin acted quickly but water was running outside through our dining room and our bedroom. The plumbers came and Jack hammered out some of the concrete floor to repair the pipe. The plumbers did mix some concrete and did a rough finish on the patch. It took 2 weeks for the carpet, pad and concrete patch to dry out. Austin did his best to lay the carpet back in place but he is not a carpet layer. I was hoping the carpet would work its way down but that is not going to happen because the carpet is not next to the wall and after 2 weeks needs a carpet installer to get it laid correctly. So, I will be able to review more complete once we know how Orkin will handle the carpet issue. Well we finally got the check to reimburse us for paying the carpet layer. Took about two months but we got it.. Jeff did the fup appt today and was very thorough . Rose in the office stated in contact with me to make sure we got the reimbursement check. 4/12/2024

Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I had my basement window wells and other openings professionally sealed to prevent invasive small animals out of my back yard and I am very happy with the work. The technician Tyler was courteous and the work he performed was top notch.

I have been with Terminix for a year now and have had a great experience. My technician, Edgar Payeras, is fantastic! He is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to listen to my concerns about my home, offering the best recommendations for any issues. He is attentive and never makes me feel like I am asking too much. Edgar was always punctual, and I never had any issues with him. I am truly sad to see him transfer to another area of Houston because he has been so helpful to me and my family. I’m even considering moving to his new area just to keep him as my technician! Lol he will be miss and I hope he knows he was very much appreciated.

We have had Carlos Vargas service our home for the last 2 years and he always does an amazing job! Texts us reminders, shows up on time, informs us of the work he’s done and lets us know when he leaves. We’ve never had issues with any pests besides the occasional ants that he always takes care of. Would highly recommend him & Terminix!

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
