This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Per insulation removal and installation - 2 days were scheduled for removal of the insulation. The first day went fine however on the second day after being here just over an hour they packed up to leave and I asked them if they were finished and they confirmed they were. The next day I inspected the attic and found that they had not touched approximately 25% of the attic. I called my contact and upon inspection he confirmed my observation. Another day was scheduled for removal. It's difficult to establish trust when performance and communication are inadequate.

Had a problem with bees. Jesse V. Came out and took care of them. Have had three different techs in less than a year. Jesse is by far the best the company has. Very knowledgeable, polite and always answers any questions I have.

Jesse V was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to us. We explained what bugs/spiders we had been seeing around the house. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing and how it would help. We would highly recommend him coming to anyone's home to have service done. Thank you Jesse for all you did to make our home bug and spider free. Orkin does a great job keeping the scorpions away. When we moved in a few years ago we frequently found scorpions inside the house. Orkin was quick to come when we found them. Not a problem anymore. We love that they come on schedule and notify us before hand so we can put the dogs up.

This is a great company. After dealing with other Pest Control, we love Jason. He informed us on everything going on, was friendly. I love that you can call them and they will come out anytime if there is an issue.

The Inspector was friendly and answered all of my questions. The technician was on time, friendly and explained what he was doing step by step. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Are Orkin technician's was actually early but notified me ahead of time and I gave the okay. He explained to me his service and what he was going to do and did a thorough inspection and treatment. I worked with Kenneth today. As a first time customer he was very informative and professional. Upon his arrival he went over everything with me to make sure that I fully understood what he was doing. I would recommend them if anyone is looking for a bug extermination.

Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

We have used Terminix for years. They are on time, respectful, and professional. Carlos Vargas is the professional who treats our home. He is awesome! He does such a great job treating the outside of our home we’ve never had to have additional treatment done in our home. The extra touches he does: 1. Always texts the day before he come the time he’ll arrive AND after he finishes he lists exactly what he did 2. He always remembers to close our gate.
