This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Harold Baxter is our pest control guy. He is professional, reliable, and takes care of business everytime he comes to treat areas of our building. And when we need him sooner than later he takes the time to fit us into his busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Orkin has great Customer service along with professional, knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Before the technician starts the pest control process, they ask about any issues and they explain everything that will be done and any effects on pets. They do a great job!

I’m not home during the time that the Orkin guy comes to my house but I do notice less spiders and I have not seen a black widow since the last time he came. I’m very satisfied with the work being done. The treatment for unwanted insects that is.

Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I had my basement window wells and other openings professionally sealed to prevent invasive small animals out of my back yard and I am very happy with the work. The technician Tyler was courteous and the work he performed was top notch.

I have been with Terminix for a year now and have had a great experience. My technician, Edgar Payeras, is fantastic! He is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to listen to my concerns about my home, offering the best recommendations for any issues. He is attentive and never makes me feel like I am asking too much. Edgar was always punctual, and I never had any issues with him. I am truly sad to see him transfer to another area of Houston because he has been so helpful to me and my family. I’m even considering moving to his new area just to keep him as my technician! Lol he will be miss and I hope he knows he was very much appreciated.

The service technician showed up 20 minutes early to our appointment, performed above my expectations, and left my property without a trace of their work. Thomas at Terminex is THE MAN. Aside from being quite honestly the nicest human in the world, he adequately takes care of all of our bug issues. He is consistent on coming to our facility, takes time to listen to our concerns and even goes the extra mile to check in on us as humans and how we’re doing.

Wow, service was fast, friendly, and the service guy who showed up was great. Pictures were taken and information was given about what they were going to spray. The nice part was informing us about arrival so we knew when to be home.
