Had to leave town but as promised the technician contacted my neighbors. He sprayed our home and removed several old wasp nests. I was able to call an 800 number to pay since we were on the road. I am very satisfied how this was handled. They are willing to work with you and are very dependable.

Josh came out out and we went right to work. Took cate of the ants at my parents house. Very pleased with his results and professionalism. He did everything right. Left me with his card in case I needed more or future contact. The best.

I’m a busy contractor and when I opened up a deck for repairs for a customer, I found a huge nest of carpenter ants. Orkin showed up right away and used a multi point system to not only kill the ants that were there, but to keep them from spreading their colony throughout the rest of, my customers home. Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Thanks Orkin!

Mike M. via google

Our tech Andrew has faithfully provided excellent service for our household for over a decade. We value his knowledge and customer service! Lots of fly by night pest services knock on our door every summer and I always tell them we are VERY satisfied with Termanix.

V P. via google

We had had a horrible ant problem for years - every spring and summer they would come back in the kitchen, in the bathroom, sometimes popping up in other rooms through the outlets. We didn’t know what to do, so I found Terminix online and set up an appt. Literally within two weeks they were ALL gone! Over a year later I’ve still not seen a single ant. My assigned tech is friendly, knowledgeable, & I can text him anytime for help. I’m so happy that I signed up and I recommend anyone else to do the same!

Danielle H. via google

I really appreciate the attention Leo with Terminix takes when servicing my home. He is thorough and communicates with me before arrival to identify any problems I might be aware of. Once onsite he shares what he is doing and seeing. After I get a full recap of what was done and a reminder for the next visit. Because of employees like Leo, I would recommend Terminix to others.

Rick A. via google

Ben from Terminix did my service today and as always he did a fabulous job. He is always friendly, and very thorough and complete on all surfaces inside and outside of our home. I’ve had several types of pests including wasp and yellow jacket nests outside the house and Sugar ants and carpet beetles inside the house. He always removes spider webs on the outside of the house and leaves everything treated for whatever pests exits! I can always count on him and I highly recommend him for any and all of your needs! ?

Jill B. via google

I've been using terminix for over a year now and only have positive things to say. What makes them better than other local companies are there technicians. John has been my tech for quite a while now and he goes above and beyond trying to help us keep the ants out of the house. He is always on time (sends a text when he's on his way), very professional and it feels like he's on a mission to get rid of the ants which I completely appreciate. In the last month I've had two local companies knock on my door with a very hard sales tactic. I feel like when I tell them I use terminix they even go harder. One company said that they could get rid of the ants using a natural spray. After that come and I realized this person knew nothing about the West Seattle ant issue. I highly recommend terminix and if you're lucky enough to get John as your tech you will thank me.

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

Travis always provides excellent customer service. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He’s always on time. I appreciate and trust Travis

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

Greta L.via Google

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Pests Covered and Exclusions

When selecting a pest control plan, it's crucial to understand the pests included in the service. Commonly covered pests include ants, spiders, roaches, mice, and more. However, some pests like termites, bed bugs, and certain rodent or wildlife infestations often require specialized treatment plans. It's important to ask about exclusions, as services typically don't cover pests like honey bees, brown recluse spiders, and some outdoor insects such as mosquitoes unless specified.

Service Agreements and Flexibility

Many pest control providers in Spokane require a service agreement, which could range from a one-time service to an annual plan. While some companies may offer the flexibility to cancel services at any time, others may require a longer commitment or charge a cancellation fee if the contract is terminated before its end date. It's advisable to review the terms and understand any potential penalties for early cancellation.

Satisfaction Guarantees

Pest control companies often stand behind their work with a satisfaction guarantee. This might include return visits at no extra charge if pests re-emerge between scheduled services or a money-back guarantee if the issue isn't resolved to the homeowner's satisfaction. Guarantees are an essential aspect of customer service, providing peace of mind and accountability from the service provider.

Treatment Expectations

An initial pest control visit typically involves a thorough inspection of the property, identification of problem areas, and a customized treatment plan to address the infestation. Subsequent visits may focus on monitoring and prevention, with treatments adjusted as needed. Homeowners should expect professional and discreet service, and providers usually offer detailed reports of treatments performed.

Bundles and Additional Services

To maximize value, homeowners can consider bundled services which may offer savings over individual plans. Common bundle additions include termite inspections, mosquito treatments, and tick control. These add-ons can enhance the overall effectiveness of pest management while potentially reducing overall costs.

Specialty Pest Solutions

For challenges like termites, bed bugs, and wildlife, specialized treatment plans are available. These services are distinct from general pest control and may require unique methods such as fumigation, baiting systems, or exclusion techniques. It's important to address these issues promptly, as they can lead to significant damage or health risks if left untreated.

Recurring Service vs. One-Time Treatments

Recurring services are designed for ongoing prevention and typically involve regular visits throughout the year. In contrast, one-time treatments may be a choice for those facing an isolated pest problem. However, even after a single service, some companies offer a short-term guarantee to address any residual pest activity.
