Good Service an always text before he shows up an when he's done. Thank Scott

Steve L. via facebook

He would not spray under bushes so I fired them. ?The primary reason I called them in the first place was for mice. ?The primary problem was mice. ?He put out mouse traps. ?I noticed every 3 months he would spend about 10 minutes spraying around the house. ?The only bug problem I have is ants around the kitchen. ?He's a little guy, he had a little job to do, and he did it well but just did not get under the bushes. ?I cancelled service in April 2014.

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

Sonda H.via Google

Travis always provides excellent customer service. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He’s always on time. I appreciate and trust Travis

Susan M.via Google

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

Greta L.via Google

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Detailed Pricing Breakdown

Pest control services in West Richland, Washington offer comprehensive plans to address common household nuisances. The cost for these services generally includes an initial assessment and treatment, followed by regular maintenance visits to ensure your home remains pest-free. While the initial fee can vary based on the specific needs of your property, the ongoing monthly rate for these services falls into an approximate range that is manageable for most homeowners.

Pest Coverage Essentials

Pest control plans typically include protection against a set list of common pests, such as ants, spiders, cockroaches, and rodents. However, not all pests are covered under standard plans. For instance, treatment for termites, bed bugs, and certain wildlife may require specialized services, which could incur additional costs. Homeowners should consult with service providers to understand the full scope of pests included in their chosen plan.

Understanding Contracts

Signing up for pest control services often involves entering into a service agreement. These contracts can vary in length, with some companies offering flexibility in cancellation policies. It's vital for homeowners to review the terms and understand their commitment before signing on the dotted line.

Service Guarantees

Most pest control companies back their services with a satisfaction guarantee, ensuring that if pests return between scheduled treatments, additional services will be provided at no extra charge. This peace of mind is a crucial aspect of choosing a reliable pest control provider.

Treatment Day: What to Expect

On the day of treatment, professionals will typically inspect your property, both inside and out, to identify problem areas. They'll then apply appropriate treatments to targeted locations, often including the home's perimeter to prevent future infestations. Homeowners may need to prepare their homes in advance, based on the company's guidelines.

Value-Added Services

Many pest control providers offer options to bundle services for additional savings or to add on specific treatments, such as mosquito control, for a more comprehensive pest management program. These can provide enhanced protection and are worth considering for a more customized approach.

Specialized Pest Concerns

While general pest control plans cover a variety of common insects and rodents, tackling issues with termites, bed bugs, or wildlife typically falls outside the scope of these plans. Homeowners facing these challenges will need to seek out specialized treatments designed for these pests.

Choosing Between One-Time and Recurring Services

Evaluating the extent of a pest problem will help determine whether a one-time treatment or a recurring service plan is more appropriate. Recurring services offer ongoing protection and are ideal for preventing infestations before they start, while one-time treatments can be suitable for immediate, isolated issues.
