Very good customer service! The reason for knocking a star is because our first appointment, they failed to notify us that we would have to be out of the home for four hours after the treatment, including all our pets. We did not have any arrangements made, so we ended up having to schedule another appointment.

The Technicians that come to your home are so great! I have had 3 different Technicians. They were all so professional, kind and their attention to detail was very muck appreciated.

I have used Orkin in the past, just signed back up. BEST PART- Stanley is my technician again! He has the BEST personality and customer service of anyone I have ever met. He is the main reason I went back to Orkin. Not only does Orkin/Stanley treat all the issues I have, he does does it with a smile! I hope Orkin realizes they have a great employee, I am extremely happy with the services I receive and will continue to be a customer.

A+ customer service with comparable prices. I was wary about hiring a big company for my rodent and bug issues, but after calling a few other local exterminators I was less confident about their services and pricing. The Orkin receptionist who answered my call was cheerful, competent and able to answer my questions. She set me up with an appointment right away. My initial technician, Cara, was super friendly, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. I'm really glad I choose Orkin!

My initial consultation with Terminex guy, Mark M., made an awful situation so much better. He was kind, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He made me feel like I was talking to family. I hope the rest of my experience will be just as wonderful as he was. 😊 Thank you!

Adam did our monthly service this morning and it was great. He’s a very sweet man and he was thorough and understanding about my protective dogs. He went under the house into the crawlspace and sprayed for pests. We look forward to having Adam back!

Both of my service techs did a wonderful job. They went through all of the apartment, steamed the soft surfaces in the living room, steamed soft surfaces in the bedroom, took the bed apart and sprayed everything. The bagged storage containers, checked all the furniture. I was extremely pleased. They were polite and really helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Our tech did a thorough job in the areas that needed attention. We appreciate his communication. We were happy to learn that he outlined the foundation with a granular substance to prevent entry of damage-causing insects during g the winter because the back of our house borders a small wooded area with a stream.

Alan Bunting did a thorough job in treating my yard. I have gophers, moles and voles. He contacted his manager for a specific treatment plan for my yard. I appreciated his concern.

Critter Conteol has serviced my property for many years, controlling a rodent problem. They have done a good job but I have noticed a decline in the level of service lately. They used to let me know when they were coming but stopped. I mentioned it to them and I did get a notice last time. The last visit, though, the tech could only find 3 of the 6 stations they themselves put out. At one time they had a diagram but I guess no more. So they only did half the job this month

Critter Control is responsive and professional. Kudos to the support staff.

Zac went above and beyond in helping relocate a Mama raccoon and her babies from under our deck and then enclosed it so wildlife won’t be tempted to take up residence again. It took a bit to get scheduling coordinated but once they were onsite, they did an outstanding job!

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.
