This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

Scheduled 9-10am. Technician showed up about 830am, 30min early. He was a bit brash and direct - one word responses. Not very friendly, but not directly rude either. The process was quick. They began outside at 845am, and finished after doing the inside by 925am. This is our 3rd bi-monthly treatment.

Thank you Justin Salisbury for the great service! I receive a text when he is on the way, when he has arrived and when he is finished (which keeps me updated if I am not home). This visit Justin reviewed areas of concern that he is monitoring and recommended a treatment plan moving forward. Serviced both the inside and outside and we saw result’s immediately! Great job Justin!

Alan Bunting did a thorough job in treating my yard. I have gophers, moles and voles. He contacted his manager for a specific treatment plan for my yard. I appreciated his concern.

Critter Conteol has serviced my property for many years, controlling a rodent problem. They have done a good job but I have noticed a decline in the level of service lately. They used to let me know when they were coming but stopped. I mentioned it to them and I did get a notice last time. The last visit, though, the tech could only find 3 of the 6 stations they themselves put out. At one time they had a diagram but I guess no more. So they only did half the job this month

Critter Control is responsive and professional. Kudos to the support staff.

Had a bat in my house, called to make sure we did not have more

Zac went above and beyond in helping relocate a Mama raccoon and her babies from under our deck and then enclosed it so wildlife won’t be tempted to take up residence again. It took a bit to get scheduling coordinated but once they were onsite, they did an outstanding job!

Kaurice, our technician has been one of the best we have had from every company we have used to deal with spiders, ants, etc... He is very responsive via text, if we call or leave a message he returns our calls immediately. Today, he came with a huge smile as always, did his thing, went over all what he did and asked if we had any other concerns. He is always polite, professional and I can tell he loves what he does. I really appreciate Kaurice and his professionalism and his work. I highly recommend Terminix and I believe he needs to be recognized. I am sure I am not the only one, who has noticed Kaurice! I have used Terminix for 15+ years. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My service tech Fabiola is the best. He treated my home and when he found out I had ants he immediately came back to take care of the problem. He returned the next day to ensure that I had what I needed to ensure the ants wouldn't return. Thank you Fabiola and Terminix. Best Regards, Darryl H Renton, WA

Common Pests in Washington

Residents of Washington may encounter a variety of pests that can cause headaches and potential damage to their homes. One common pest issue in the state is ants. These tiny creatures can invade homes in search of food and water, making their way into kitchens, pantries, and even bedrooms. While some ant species are harmless, others can bite or sting, causing discomfort and sometimes allergic reactions. Additionally, ants can contaminate food and compromise the cleanliness of living spaces.

Another pest that Washington residents often face is rodents, particularly mice and rats. These pests are notorious for their ability to squeeze through small openings and reproduce rapidly, making it challenging to control infestations. Rodents pose serious health risks as they can transmit diseases and contaminate food and surfaces with their droppings. Moreover, their constant gnawing can damage electrical wiring, insulation, and structural integrity, posing a significant safety hazard.

Lastly, residents in Washington may also encounter spiders, including the venomous black widow and hobo spiders. While most spiders are harmless and help control other pests, their presence can still be unsettling for many people. However, it's crucial to be aware of the potentially dangerous species and take necessary precautions to protect both the inhabitants and their homes.

To effectively address these pest issues and ensure peace of mind, residents of Washington should consider professional pest control services. Expert technicians can identify the specific pest problems, create tailored treatment plans, and implement preventive measures to keep pests at bay. With their local expertise and knowledge, these professionals can provide effective solutions to safeguard homes and families from unwanted pests.
