Top 5 Pest Control Companies in Washington

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

Travis always provides excellent customer service. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He’s always on time. I appreciate and trust Travis

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Stanley, my specialist, is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate him taking the time to explain how things work with bugs, because it's good to know the enemy. He also took care of my wasp nest with a swiftness that earns him even more respect than his job knowledge. I felt that Stanley was protecting my home as if it were his own. Thank you, Stanley. I’m so pleased with my service. I am a longtime customer. My tech Weston is so wonderful! He does a great job and is so friendly. We have had situations pop up, in between regular treatment days, that required immediate attention and they always send someone out very quickly.

I switched to Orkin after using 2 other companies who were worthless. Orkin is #1 for a reason. It’s worth the money for the peace of mind. Also, our technician Deck, is amazing!

Darren is great, honestly we almost cancelled our service because he seems to be the only one who is consistent and knowledgeable. We get told different things from different people. One gentleman left out house smelling like cigarettes, another has no clue what he was doing, and one could hardly move around well enough to put the bate where it needed to be. The people I talk to when I call are also very inconsistent. Thank goodness for Darren he is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. If I was rating Darren I would give five stars, the rest of our experience would be given a 1 star. I hope we can just have his for our Orkin service needs.

I recently had a follow up appointment. It’s been a pleasure working with Orkin for a pest control issue. Justin Rice was professional and his expertise is evident. Alan Bunting did a thorough job in treating my yard. I have gophers, moles and voles. He contacted his manager for a specific treatment plan for my yard. I appreciated his concern.

Critter Conteol has serviced my property for many years, controlling a rodent problem. They have done a good job but I have noticed a decline in the level of service lately. They used to let me know when they were coming but stopped. I mentioned it to them and I did get a notice last time. The last visit, though, the tech could only find 3 of the 6 stations they themselves put out. At one time they had a diagram but I guess no more. So they only did half the job this month

Critter Control is responsive and professional. Kudos to the support staff.

Zac went above and beyond in helping relocate a Mama raccoon and her babies from under our deck and then enclosed it so wildlife won’t be tempted to take up residence again. It took a bit to get scheduling coordinated but once they were onsite, they did an outstanding job!

Jon showed up on time and was very thorough with his work. He was very polite and explained everything he was going to do, making sure I understood both the service and the products used.

Andrew Serles has been my Terminix technician for five years now. He is knowledgeable and professional. He does a thorough job of pest control at my facility and takes the time to answer and educate me on questions I have. He knows the chemicals he uses and applies them safely (I have dogs!). I have had other technicians come out , but they are not as good as Andrew. Andrew is used as the person who trains new technicians too.

Brian does a fine job explaining the treatments during his visits. He always communicates when he’s on his way and when he leaves. There is always a detailed report text to me. Great service and if I need him to come back for an un inspected issue he will. I give him a 10 for overall service.

We are current customers of Terminix. We would like to say a special thank you to our technician Andrew Serles. We got to work with different companies in the last decade. Our experience right now is outstanding! It is very rare in general to see someone who does his job with a passion. And he certainly does! Not only he is very professional, has incredible knowledge on different topics and problems, but you can certainly feel- he cares about what he does and he loves doing his job! Always very respectful and informative, careful with surroundings and greenery. He is doing an amazing job!

The technician was great. He tells us what he is here for and asks us if we have any questions. He explains all of the services he will be doing that day.

Aptive is the best in its class of business. I appreciate their fast service and honest execution of promised treatment. I am able to have hard conversations with them and confront both the service guys and their route manager whenever I felt the service missed something. They would get 5 stars if I could depend on one guy doing the service.

Joseph and Jesus did a great job explaining all that was expected. I'll see them next month. I put up siding today and they took removed the hornets nest before I got started. Very quick and professional. Ryder just completed the second treatment, all is looking good.
