Casey has always been very kind and professional. It’s a pleasure to have her as my technician. Seeing as she always goes above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of the treatment she’s performing on my home. Which was very important to me, with the yellow jacket issue I had. Since there was a small child in the house who’s allergic. Give that woman a raise she’s going places.

This morning, Jerrett came to my home to perform an annual termite inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable about termites helping me to better understand these pests and how the termite bait stations are designed to combat them. I appreciated that he invited me to walk with him as he inspected the interior of my home and during his inspection of the outside walls of my foundation. He listened carefully to what I had to say and took time to answer the questions I had. Termite protection policies are expensive, but I am satisfied that I am receiving excellent customer support from Jerrett.

Always super accommodating. I scheduled a last minute addition to our service to spray inside, and it was accommodated quickly and without a hitch. The technician was awesome too, it’s always fun when you meet someone who gets our dry humor. Great guys!

Communication and punctuality were very good. I don’t think prices are reasonable compared to other providers, but warranties require us to remain with Orkin. I had to ask the exclusion team to address access points that were missed during service. Everyone was pleasant and very polite.

Geoffrey Mullins is the best representative of Terminex that we have had the privilege of doing our service at our home. He treats our home comprehensively and teaches us how to make sure that we get the best treatment outcome possible and that it lasts. I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
