This morning, Jerrett came to my home to perform an annual termite inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable about termites helping me to better understand these pests and how the termite bait stations are designed to combat them. I appreciated that he invited me to walk with him as he inspected the interior of my home and during his inspection of the outside walls of my foundation. He listened carefully to what I had to say and took time to answer the questions I had. Termite protection policies are expensive, but I am satisfied that I am receiving excellent customer support from Jerrett.

When my duplex neighbor told me this morning she had her place treated for roaches I freaked because that would mean they'd be all migrating to my place, so I immediately called them and they were able to have someone come out today, hours later, to treat my place! Gentlemen who came was super friendly and professional. Not to mention understanding of my chaotic messy house. 10/10 recommend!

Christian visited today from Terminix for an inspection. He was so polite and professional. Everyone there has been great in the past as well. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. He was very honest, did a thorough inspection, and told me he didn't see any problems. I love the honesty and professionalism, and that's why I call them and no one else.

Chris Hogan did a good job in inspecting my attic. He is very thorough and share me what needs to be done. I told him gave me quote and if I like it I will go for it and I did. He communicate to the customer and he is there when you asked question and he is the man. He’s very professional, kind, friendly, we joke around and smile.

Trutech has a courteous, professional team. I interacted with three different employees in getting the service I required and each was respectful and informative. Despite being warned that the service might take about 2 weeks it was fully completed the day after the initial inspection and proposal. The team was also very accommodating of my schedule. I recommend Trutech highly.

Snake deterrent. Put down deterrents and devices around property of my home on pond. They also inspected property and shed to ensure no snakes or nests were found. They’ll come monthly and in between if I see any snakes they will come to remove them. Since they’ve come I haven’t seen any repeat visits by snakes. When I called they were very nice to work with, took detailed information, including pictures and scheduled the initial visit within a week. So far I’m very pleased to be snake free, so are my kids and Jack Russell’s!

I have had a great experience with Critter Control. They come each month as scheduled and text when they are on their way to my home. I haven’t had an issue with rodents or bugs since I’ve been using their service!

Critter Control has helped to keep the critters out of our building in a heavily wooded and swampy section of Va Beach. The pest control product they use for bugs is keeping the bugs at bay too. They are a good and knowledgeable company to work with. We appreciate their nice staff too!
