I was very skeptical about going to Fox before, but their prices were great and they seemed to actually want my business so I figured I'd give them a shot. I have been surprised at the quality of the work they do and their really good customer service. My previous and more expensive service's tech was nice, but they didn't do half the stuff on a regular service that Fox's tech does. I love that they actually do the full job, sweeping cobwebs and nests off of the overhangs and porches, and being through and paying attention to the details. I've been super impressed, very glad I switched!

The sign of a good company is their customer service and how they respond and interact with customers. From the first call we made to them, they were pleasant, respectful, and patient. My wife asked them so many questions even I was saying enough with questions!! but they answered every one patiently and pleasantly. When they came to do the initial service, they noticed other issues and they took care of them. The also noticed that we have black widow web and came back on a different day with the proper treatment. Sterling was AWSOME!! and I couldn't thank him enough, and I couldn't thank Fox Pest Control enough! So, thank you again. My advice to people who are thinking about using Fox for their need is look no more! Sign with them.

Great customer service when signing up and scheduling service. Cleo was a great technician that came up. He answered any concerns and questions. The Inspector that came out Dominik that came out was knowledgeable and professional as well and answered any concerns and questions. Great experience. 👍 This was after switching from a local competitor that wouldn't go up in the attic do to not having an attached ladder. They lost a ton of business. Sorry Southern, Orkin has Ladders 🪜UPDATED 8/242024: Had Orkin out to repair and get rid of our RAT infestation (Roof Rats) in the attic. The guy that came our were super professional, pleasant and answered any questions I had about the job they were doing or a question I might have had about the attic, if while they were up there did they notice a leak or anything. These are questions they didn't have to answer. They need to finish up 1 more day, but very detailed job. This is a job that not everyone would want to do, but these guys were great, no complaining, just knocking it out. Great job and appreciate the superb work.

They came out rather quickly, and it wasn't a break the bank cost. He was an absolutely nice guy told us some facts about pests and sprayed interior and exterior! Hoping our situation will get better asap.

My technician is the same one that comes to my every few months therefore he is familiar with my home and what needs to be done each time. I do not have to walk him from room to room, or watch over him. I have been using the same company since I built this house 46 years ago and just continue to add services. GREAT JOB, by my technician!!

I have zero complaints about Terminix our technician, Alyssa, does a wonderful job. They are always timely when we put in a request. They are very respectful and professional. Residents have no complaints either and never have any issues after they come out

Scott was wonderful. I started the quarterly in and outside pest control service and he was very efficient and professional in accomplishing the mission. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend Terminix. They are very timely, have great representatives and service personnel, and are thorough and do a great job!

Joey Barcliff, who serviced my home, showed up at the scheduled time and at the same time, my furniture delivery arrived. Due to the furniture being moved into my home, Joey had to wait for them to bring the furniture into the house. I apologized for holding him up, since I believe he was on a tight schedule. However, he said to me I am willing to wait and support you through this process. I truly thank him, and I appreciated his professionalism, patience, and for doing a great job inside and outside of my home. Nice, respectful young man.

I cannot recommend Levi enough. He is an exceptional pest technician who embodies professionalism and care in every interaction. Levi is communicative, thoughtful, and thoroughly skilled in his work. I have had a great experience with Terminix with everyone from the sales person, telecommunications and techs. Gary has answered all of me questions and responded with lightning speed. They should teach a class on customer service.

Trutech has a courteous, professional team. I interacted with three different employees in getting the service I required and each was respectful and informative. Despite being warned that the service might take about 2 weeks it was fully completed the day after the initial inspection and proposal. The team was also very accommodating of my schedule. I recommend Trutech highly.

Snake deterrent. Put down deterrents and devices around property of my home on pond. They also inspected property and shed to ensure no snakes or nests were found. They’ll come monthly and in between if I see any snakes they will come to remove them. Since they’ve come I haven’t seen any repeat visits by snakes. When I called they were very nice to work with, took detailed information, including pictures and scheduled the initial visit within a week. So far I’m very pleased to be snake free, so are my kids and Jack Russell’s!

I have had a great experience with Critter Control. They come each month as scheduled and text when they are on their way to my home. I haven’t had an issue with rodents or bugs since I’ve been using their service!

Critter Control has helped to keep the critters out of our building in a heavily wooded and swampy section of Va Beach. The pest control product they use for bugs is keeping the bugs at bay too. They are a good and knowledgeable company to work with. We appreciate their nice staff too!
