I was very skeptical about going to Fox before, but their prices were great and they seemed to actually want my business so I figured I'd give them a shot. I have been surprised at the quality of the work they do and their really good customer service. My previous and more expensive service's tech was nice, but they didn't do half the stuff on a regular service that Fox's tech does. I love that they actually do the full job, sweeping cobwebs and nests off of the overhangs and porches, and being through and paying attention to the details. I've been super impressed, very glad I switched!

The sign of a good company is their customer service and how they respond and interact with customers. From the first call we made to them, they were pleasant, respectful, and patient. My wife asked them so many questions even I was saying enough with questions!! but they answered every one patiently and pleasantly. When they came to do the initial service, they noticed other issues and they took care of them. The also noticed that we have black widow web and came back on a different day with the proper treatment. Sterling was AWSOME!! and I couldn't thank him enough, and I couldn't thank Fox Pest Control enough! So, thank you again. My advice to people who are thinking about using Fox for their need is look no more! Sign with them.

Fox does a great job keeping the bugs away. They have very good technicians who call ahead. They send a report after treatment detailing what they did. Check them out.

Communication and punctuality were very good. I don’t think prices are reasonable compared to other providers, but warranties require us to remain with Orkin. I had to ask the exclusion team to address access points that were missed during service. Everyone was pleasant and very polite.

I had a great experience. We were able to get someone out to take care of a yellow jacket issue under our deck within hours of my call. Corey came and was very professional and explained what he was going to do before doing it then explained how it would work. Once I gave the ok, he completed the work, stuck around to see if what he did was working. He then stood by his work stating if in the next couple days we had issues, he’d come by to retreat (Orkin gives a 30 day guarantee)

My Orkin technician, Gilberto, is an amazing friendly, diligent and helpful professional. Today, my wife was locked out of her car, and Gilberto helped to manually unlock the door. Chris did an outstanding job in locating, checking, and replacing as necessary any bait stations throughout my property. He is thorough and explains the outcome of his analysis. Orkin was able to service our property on the same day we subscribed. The technician was extremely informed (18 years of tenure) and responsive. We just received the treatment so can’t yet comment on the efficacy, but the customer service has been great.

My guy Brian is awesome! On time gets the job done. Provides solid feedback and recommendations for keeping the bug population down. Solid.

Service Technicians are polite and respectful of personal property. Sean always provides prior notice of scheduled exterior services. There is consistent inquiry on current conditions and follow up.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
