The Inspector that came out was very courteous and explained everything step by step. They scheduled us right away. We were very happy with the results. Orkin is a great company and we would recommend them to everyone.

I have had a good experience so far. They arrived when stated and and spent several hours looking for and sealing cracks where rodents could come in. They will be back in 3 days to check traps that were set. Ive been pleased so far. Very friendly and hard workers as well.

We have been using Orkin for 2 years now and we have not had a single problem. In the beginning, if I found a dead bug that I didn’t recognize I would call and send them a picture of it and they would send a tech out each time to check the house and let me know everything is ok. After the first 6 months of service, I haven’t called them for anything. They are here every 3 months and never have a problem if I need to reschedule. Brent is always punctual and attentive to any concerns we may have and we appreciate his expertise.

.Curtis who is my family's technician is exceptionally good and great. He really knows his job, cares tremendously about leaving our home in pristine condition without any pests, even cares about a stray critter here or there enough to catch one with his bare hands and leave it outside (a baby lizard once). He is knowledgeable, thorough, highly super efficient and observant about the potential for pests and eradicating them inside and outside, and is very caring and responsive about any fears we express or additional spraying that is required to keep the home free of pests. Curtis is worth his weight in gold as a pest control technician and we appreciate Orkin so much for sending this wonderful technician to our home. Thank you.

Joshua came and treated our home for pests. He was very respectful and answered all our questions and was very professional. He only took about an hour and made sure we didn’t have any other concerns before leaving. Very nice guy. Alex and his coworker were very respectful and answers all our questions prior to adding Orkin’s special pest control insulation to our attic. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. We’re very pleased with their professionalism and will continue to use Orkin for our pest control needs.

Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. We felt very comfortable about starting service and indeed did. We are so glad we did. Jason came back on the day in which he said he would return. Everything was executed to a T. Francisco Soto has been my Terminix technician for a while now and he is amazing!!! If I could give him 6 starts I would! Francisco is always prompt, professional, friendly, and listens when I have concerns. He greets me with a smile every time and always goes above and beyond to ensure our yard is pest and bug free.

My technician Richard M. has been servicing my home for 2 yrs now. He is very professional, kind and gives thorough inspection of the outside and inside perimeter of the home every time.... I can't speak on other techs that work for Terminix but Richard is great communicating when he's scheduled to do the home visits and prompt with the scheduled arrival times. I can't say enough about the service Richard provides as well as answering any questions or concerns we may have. I highly recommend Richard for your next home inspection with Terminix.

I've been extremely satisfied with the service I've received from Terminix over the last few years. Our tech Bobby Hollis is awesome! He does a really great job of making sure to find all the hidden nests and ant hills, which I greatly appreciate since I'm allergic to all sorts of bugs. We're moving to another city so ending our service soon but I will definitely use Terminix on my next home and will hopefully get another tech an awesome as Bobby, although I don't know if we'll get that lucky again. He's seriously the best.
