Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. We felt very comfortable about starting service and indeed did. We are so glad we did. Jason came back on the day in which he said he would return. Everything was executed to a T. UPDATE: Once again Jeremy knocked it out of the park with his above-and-beyond customer service! I’m taking care of a friend who just had a transplant so keeping the home sanitized and vermin free is critical. Jeremy was not only thorough, but knowing I’m afraid of insects, he was so kind and even looked under sofas and in every nook and cranny to make sure nothing was left behind. And he did it with a smile and he was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s also worth noting that the very nice and conscientious woman who initially took my call to schedule my service was very understanding and even knowledgeable about the needs of transplant recipients. She helped me determine what was needed and scheduled a follow up for the health and safety of my friend. She scheduled the initial service for the following day. It was a breeze. I just wish I could remember her name to thank her again because she was amazing. Orkin and the entire Orkin team care about their clients and their individual needs and it’s obvious. Our area recently experienced a swarm so we requested the free termite inspection.  We were told the inspection consists of basically checking the outer perimeter of the home as well as the property.  I thought the inside of our home and attic would be checked as well but evidently not; thus the 4 rating. Kevin performed the inspection and was very informative on termite swarms, prevention, and treatment. David was our tech who actually came out to install the bait stations. He was very polite and professional, and answered all our questions. Great work ethics!

Francisco Soto has been my Terminix technician for a while now and he is amazing!!! If I could give him 6 starts I would! Francisco is always prompt, professional, friendly, and listens when I have concerns. He greets me with a smile every time and always goes above and beyond to ensure our yard is pest and bug free.

My technician Richard M. has been servicing my home for 2 yrs now. He is very professional, kind and gives thorough inspection of the outside and inside perimeter of the home every time.... I can't speak on other techs that work for Terminix but Richard is great communicating when he's scheduled to do the home visits and prompt with the scheduled arrival times. I can't say enough about the service Richard provides as well as answering any questions or concerns we may have. I highly recommend Richard for your next home inspection with Terminix.

I've been extremely satisfied with the service I've received from Terminix over the last few years. Our tech Bobby Hollis is awesome! He does a really great job of making sure to find all the hidden nests and ant hills, which I greatly appreciate since I'm allergic to all sorts of bugs. We're moving to another city so ending our service soon but I will definitely use Terminix on my next home and will hopefully get another tech an awesome as Bobby, although I don't know if we'll get that lucky again. He's seriously the best.

Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. We have had a different service tech each time. They have been hit or miss with our first guy (Tanner) and most recent guy (Brent) being the best and most thorough. Those guys deserve 5 stars. The reason for the moderate rating is for their appointment reminder system. They only tell you what day they are coming. I have had to call in each time to find out when they think our tech will be arriving. Today's incident was particularly frustrating as when I called at 9am after my appointment reminder came in for the day, they said the tech will be here between 10 and 1 and that there are 2 stops before us. With that information, I rushed home to be back by 10am, only to have no one show during the time slot and then have a text at 1:52 from the tech stating they were 30 min - 1 hour away. It's now 3pm and they are done working here. Again, he was super polite and very thorough. My problem definitely doesn't arise from the tech. I just wish there was better back office communication regarding appointments. I had to throw my whole schedule out the window today because of them.
