Updated review: 10/23 Waste of money, really... We have had better results with locally owned and operated exterminators. The employees of orkin were very good, but their product is substandard. --------- Very quick and responsive. Very thorough in their examinations of the house itself, the attic, and the crawl space. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of products I don't need. Very friendly guys. Everything was explained very clearly, and I got a really good deal. From start to finish, with all the inspections and the general extermination for spiders and roaches and bugs, the whole process took only around an hour and a half.

The jury is still out on Orkin due to our investigation of roaches hasn’t changed and our initial technician just quit so the new guy didn’t even treat the inside just the mosquitoes. He didn’t even know we had roaches or what kind. It’s been almost 3 months now and still living with pests throughout. Wasps, roaches, and whatever lurks in the attic. I’m seriously considering changing to a different company!

Ralph is the kindest man! Takes all concerns seriously but is the consummate professional. No false reassurance. If there is an issue he will let you know. He’s always on time, takes care of my home and property as if it is own. Love the competent, caring service he provides!

Truly Nolan solved my rat frustrations. We paid another company to do an exclusion which was wasted money. Poor experience. Alan with TN came out and explained the process which sounded much more professional and effective than the prior company. They did what was outlined and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in dire need of termite treatment and Truly Nolen came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment the very next day, and showed up right on time. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. The only downside was that the Quality Manager had a bit of an odor, but a quick spray of Lysol took care of that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Truly Nolen and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of termite treatment.

I spoke to Jason about starting service. Jason was very professional and through about his description of what would be preformed. Jason answered any of my wife’s or my questions. We felt very comfortable about starting service and indeed did. We are so glad we did. Jason came back on the day in which he said he would return. Everything was executed to a T. I’ve used Terminix for about 15 years both in Arizona and Texas, NEVER AN ISSUE. My technician in Texas is Christopher Jemison. WOW Chris is always on time, personable, knowledgeable and frankly just a great person. Terminix should be glad to have him representing the company. He has worked with us on several issues inside and out over the years and always provides a solution. I look forward to his emails letting me know when he will be at the house and look forward to the few minutes of conversation prior to getting started. TERMINIX IS A GOOD COMPANY, no complaints here, CHRIS JEMISON IS AN OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN and we will miss him as we’re moving soon. I live in the landings at marine creek. The rodents were horrible and embarrassing out here! My apartment since he has came finally worked I haven’t seen them hardly at all in the almost five years I’ve been here! Thank you he is awesome!! I forgot his name but he is the best ever!! He’s the only one that comes to treat out here! I’ll ask when I see him and update! I’m happy!!! Thanks again I’m rodent free so far…amazing work!!

Desmond does a great job talking care of our facility. He is aware of bird activity and adjust for any changes. He comes in on a weekly basis and care for the areas that are on the schedule for the week. I have seen less activity for bugs and spiders since we have started service with Terminix -Aspire MRO

I’m writing for Ridder Orthodontics. We love Desmond and the service he provides for us at all three of our offices. He is prompt and quick with the service. His attitude is fantastic and brightens up the place each time he comes in. Terminix has been so easy to work with on getting services and taking care of payments!!

Terminix has always done a great job for me. In particular, tech Tyler Mohr is very responsive, unfailingly professional, and most importantly always does a great job. I’ve used Terminix both for my home and as a pest control services provider in a commercial setting, at my job, and never had any issues with them. They always work with me on my requests and Tyler is quick to show up and get the work done.

I found one 6ft bull snake in my backyard and had to find a way to prevent that reoccurrence. OMG ? Meagan I am so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL ? for the work that Jose has done ! He was very detailed with ground treatment, sealant around my roof and taught me things along the way !!! Lovely ? - Also the inspector Michael was a Perfect Gentleman who understood my fears but helped me to come up with the best preventative plan of action - in a manner that I can afford!! The raccoon experience was frightening. We had lots of questions. Although frightening we wanted raccoon and babies to be handle humanely. Jose was excellent with handling of babies and mother. It took about a week to capture all. We recommend them highly and give a 5 star service.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
