They are extremely responsive, scheduling a treatment visit within 24 hours of my call. Technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, instilling confidence in her expertise.

They do an adequate job but I've had other issues with them. Once they mistook me for a rowdy customer and canceled me. The GM called and apologized and reinstated the service. But it took a while. I sent them payments they didn't post but sent harassing texts daily for weeks. Even after sending screenshot from my bank the emails and texts and calls WERE NONSTOP! And the pricing is outrageous! It's about $70/month and it's monthly autopay but not auto-come-out. So you can go months and months and remember, "Hey! When was the last time they were here?" Sure you can call them in between time but it's the charges that get deducted during that in between time that add up and become extremely expensive! Their services add up to close to $1,000 a year! And they're really only obligated to come out quarterly.

James was the service technician that came to our home. As we walked the perimeter of the home, he explained to me the technicalities of having a bee infestation in my wall and long-term, and short term issues that I would see if left untreated. He was a good listener and informed me about things that I was unaware of. He explained all the details of the services he was providing, including how long to wait until I could let my dogs out near the areas that he treated. He was able to proactively identify additional areas of concern that I was not aware of and treated them. I recommend their services because of how helpful my technician was.

We were told that control of Mosquitoes & Ticks would be a challenge for Orkin, due to our remote location. And not to mention that being directly next to a waterway only NATURAL solutions can be used to keep pests at bay. After week 1, we are pretty much bug free, and surprisingly no Ticks on our two dogs. They are white-haired so it's easy to see the difference. Of course it's only week 1, still have to see how well the bugs are under control, as applications are on a 4 week schedule. **** Update **** Late June Application went perfectly, new Application Tech again, and he understood where to spray after a nice conversation. We did not think it possible, but we have had zero ticks on our two WHITE dogs since we had the 1st application. Normally we would get 18-24 per week, now zero. Mosquitos are kept at bay, but that seems to wear off about the third week after, and we do have more yard time. Great job, under tough circumstances.. take a look at our green river these days. ****** July Update ****** Once again Orkin comes through with even better Mosquito & Tick protection for those properties located in "sensitive" areas, like ours... those near waterways & lakefronts. Our FAVORITE Orkin Tech, Austin C., was ready for another application and showed us a new product additive that prolongs the effective time for applications like ours. 1 0z of the new ingredient can give up to 40-50 days coverage before wearing off. Our property has been "tick free" since we started Orkin service in May. We have two small white dogs who collected between 16-18 ticks weekly between them, and that went to zero. And even better, mosquitos have been kept at bay pretty much all day and night, except an hour around dusk & dawn. And the property is very rustic, forest on one side, riverfront on the other... and a bug free patch of land we call home, in the middle. ****** August Update ****** This month seems to be the worst month for mosquitos, every where we go. But back home the only bad times are Dusk & Dawn. Orkin seems to be getting ahead of the curve here, each treatment lasts just a little bit longer than the last, a day or three, now the bugs stay clear almost a week longer than in May. And for those counting... zero ticks on our two white dogs since June.

It’s only been about an hour since they came and sprayed but still a massive difference. They were able to come the next morning after calling and spray before a birthday party. Very respectful couldn't ask for a better person. I let him know my husband had treatment for cancer. And he was so respectful to the fact that he knew he was not feeling well and did his best. He could as fast as he could.

I was called a couple times just to keep me posted on when they were to arrive. The workers arrived, they were very polite, respectful, pleasant. They did the outside and then came to complete the insulation process. They cleaned the up after themselves, put the few items that needs to be moved right back were they belonged. Explained what to be expected next. All in all a very pleasant experience. I am very pleased that I chose Orkin to handle my squirrel/mice varmint issue.

Agent called and told us what time he would be here at our home. He was on time and let us know he was here and to make inspection on our home outside. Very courteous and quickly made inspection of our home.

The technician James Ingram has been providing tremendous jobs. He is the reason why we stay with Terminix. When we request the service, he always lets us know when he is on the way and asks for our concerns. He finds the root cause of the issue and solves it out! I love the way he takes care of our issues like his own. He is responsible, professional, and very kind. We know and feel that he really cares. The other representatives when we call for a service are very nice too! All of them are very professional and friendly every time we call. I highly recommend Terminix!

Dylan was awesome. He asked questions, and kept me informed before, during and after the service. He not once made me feel bad or embarrassed about what he was here for. He has an amazing personality and very professional at all times. Best customer service I have EVER had with any pest control service, EVER!

Ledarius Johnson is always very professional but also approachable. It is easy to relay my pest control concerns to him without ever feeling judged. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful with ways to help reduce pests in my home. Also anytime I have to call and speak with someone on the phone I have always gotten a very friendly person. Not one single bad experience with Terminix yet after being a customer for 17 months.

Terminix's inspections are timely scheduled. Thus far, the representatives dispatched have been professional, respectful, and efficient in assuring that there are no signs of termites in or around our home. Afterwards, a detailed report of the job performed is electronically forwarded for our records.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.
