We've been very pleased with the service from Fox Pest Control. After our new build, we had problems with mice that had moved in, apparently, during construction. It took several trips for our technician, Katelyn, to solve the problem. She was extremely professional and diligent and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved in a timely and effective manner. We also appreciate Fox's clear and concise communication every step of the way, outlining the methods they will use to resolve the problem, and the text or phone messages confirming appointments and follow ups. Also, we do not like chemicals used in or around our property, and Fox worked with us to find alternative methods that were just as effective and, most importantly, as humane as possible.

Max was excellent and I didn't feel rushed. Went over everything and put a plan in place to eliminate my mice issue. I walked the foundation with Max and was shown places the mice might be entering my home. Highly recommend and I am glad I picked Fox Pest Control for my year round controlling pests needs. Fox Pest Control has been an absolute hero for my family. We started with carpenter ants all over our home. Called all around for quotes and Fox not only had the best pricing but also had the best guarantees. They were able to come and help us the fastest and were dedicated to being completely transparent with all of their products so I knew my child, pet, garden, and (wanted) nature would not be harmed. Within two weeks, there wasn't a single carpenter ant to be found, our indoor spiders have decreased as well as our (seemingly never ending) stink-bug population. The customer service representatives I have spoken to through various phone calls have been some of the kindest, most patient and helpful people I've ever worked with over the phone. The service technicians have been just as kind, thoughtful, thorough, and friendly. Most recently we found a mouse in our home for the very first time. We were in between routine prevention treatments and when I called we had someone at our home to help us within 24 hours. Katelyn C. was so friendly. She was beyond helpful in explaining literally everything to me while my child and dog were determined to make her their new best friend. Less than two days later we already have one less mouse (hopefully the only one) in our home and it was humanely euthanized. Katelyn was sure to explain how Fox treats critters with as much respect as they can within the realm of their line of work. It didn't cost us a dime to have this extra service and they will have a technician out to check our home again at no extra charge within two weeks. I couldn't be more pleased. I never leave reviews but I felt it to be very necessary this time so others may find comfort in the services Fox offers.

It was my first appointment they showed up at the perfect time because I have so much to do today Set traps inspected my whole house and let me know my options moving forward, they were both very nice and professional and I appointment that Ryen asked me if I was going to be OK because this has been a horrible experience for me.The winter has been just horrible for everyone but it's causing unusual rodents to enter that I have never encountered before. I'm just glad I called them and hope they are going to help me rid this issue, it's been mentally challenging and I'm a clean freak and terrified of rodents and I'm glad they came before I had an infestation as well.So I would highly recommend them .They have things you cannot buy at the store and the last company I called said I can do it myself it will be easy,no that's not the case although we caught a couple it didn't work.

Update on 1/24/25: I want to update my post I made on 1/18/25. After talking with an agent and our advisor, Joseph MacDonald, I stand corrected on my previous post. The agent, Heather, and especially, Joe, made everything right. He took full blame for the lack of communication my wife and I received from Orkin. He returned my call, we talked, and listened to my concerns. He came out two days later and did a thorough investigation of our basement, attic, and perimeter of the house on the outside. I felt 100% better after that inspection and reassured me to stay in contact, when needed. He even took care of some other issues as well for me. My deepest apologies for the previous post. I accept full blame. Orkin came through, especially because of Joe MacDonald.

I recently had a bad experience with a Orkin person but my last visit was much better. He chatted with us a little about himself and went right to work doing his job. I feel more at ease being a handicap woman knowing I can carry on a conversation with them. Whoever came to my house in September you did an awesome job. We live next to a swamp and get very big spiders, but I have not seen any in awhile. Thanks so much Orkin.

Had a great experience with representative Chris Bordenave. We were dealing with a gross rodent and squirrel situation at a home in Depew. He was very courteous, professional, friendly, took lots of photos of the situation, was on-time for the appointments and even went back to the property on his own time. He also didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and was very honest about how much work really needed to be done. His kind manner, customer service, and professionalism really stood out among other companies we had providing estimates for the work. Highly recommend!

New update: tech Curtis came today told me he had come the day i had my second appointment and that it just lined up with 30 minute i wasn’t home. Today he also knocked out a couple of things inside that i wanted to get sprayed which was helpful he was kind and professional. My only advice would be if no one’s home leave some kind of proof that the job was done or their was at least an attempt to. Terrible start two times techs have been scheduled and no one showed. I’m taking off time from work to be there for the appointment and no one is showing up. They’ve also already charged me.

Fast and effective. Bees appear to be gone. Even though it was not an issue I addressed. Covering the house perimeter was included and it solved my ant problem.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
