The technician who serviced my property this morning from Fox Pest Control whose name is Wesley was super excellent. He was very polite snd gracious and extremely helpful. He advised me on how better to use the scheduled service calls moving forward. He graciously offered to check on the mouse baits placed in the attic months ago. I will be requesting Wesley for my future service calls. Thank you,Wesley. Furthermore, he said he loves the job he is doing. That is so great to hear.

Ron went above and beyond to provide great service. His dispatcher was very rude to me. The intake call person did not put my requests into the notes for the job. Ron took action and made sure I was satisfied. Also a very nice person!

We experienced a different technician that came to our house today. He was very pleasant, very helpful, showed us some details we didn't know. He is outrageously too kind, and his named is Wesley. We would love to have him back. He was thorough with his work and we liked when he gives us some ideas that we didn't know. He extended himself to make sure we were happy. He's not an ordinary technician that just walk around our property, he deliberately did more than that. So thank you Wesley for outstanding work. A very happy Customer!

By far Devin was one of the best technicians i've had! Very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and super patient. Took his time around my property to point out some holes i needed to seal. Really nice guy!

Alan did a wonderfully professional job of inspecting our house, pointing out all of the problems and installing the termite stations. He was a real pleasure to deal with, very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend his services.

Many things were done well. But the Orkin employee had the habit of cutting off conversations - interrupting. He hung up in the middle of a phone call and did not receive the final information until arrival. He did not have customer service skill. Operationally it was good.

Brett is AMAZING I’m beyond grateful for his dedication and hard work. He went above and beyond to ensure our problems were resolved including follow up calls and messages. I’m just thankful to have met him after a few technicians came by prior to Brett my issues were getting worse but after each visit by Brett things got better each and every time. This company definitely needs more Bretts!!!!

Today was my first time experiencing the service, and I’m not sure yet how the results will turn out. The staff was very thorough and helped me check every possible issue. They will follow up with me in a week to review the results. For now, I’m very satisfied with the service provided by the staff 👍🏻

My Technician Mike was very very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, caring, understanding and funny . He did everything he said he was going to do and some I didn't expect. I was his 2nd client and when he finished with my home, his white shirt was dirty from all his hard work and I felt bad because the day had just started for him. I hope he had another one to put on 😂 I'll wash it for you or pay your cleaners bill !! 😂 Thank GOD for Orkin and Mike. Now my family and I can sleep and live without being in fear of spiders and other critters and crawling creatures. I will be keeping my service .

I've been dealing with a pretty frustrating issue and I've been unsuccessful in getting a pest control company to come out and give me service. I reached out to Orkin and they were there the next day. My technician, Myles, is amazing! Pest issues are frustrating and traumatizing for some people. I think anyone working in extermination, should be patient and compassionate. That's Myles. He was absolutely built to do what he's doing. From the moment he reached out, he's been stellar. He's super professional and communicative. He texted me the day before my appointment to let me know that I'm on his schedule and to inform me of his anticipated arrival time. He arrived on time and he honored my wishes. He was empathetic and understanding of my fears and concerns. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. Unfortunately, I won't divulge details about my service but to say the very least, it was beautiful experience! 10/10 highly recommend.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
