Luis was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative today when he came to spray our house. We just moved in, but he had worked in the neighborhood before so knew what types of pests were most common and advised on what measures we could take to be preventative. 10/10 service from Luis along with the Fox Pest Control team who were friendly and helpful when we called initially.

Always a pleasure dealing with Fox Pest Control! Darrel Nelson was the technician who arrived this morning to take care of an ant problem I’ve been having in the house and he was very courteous, punctual and addressed the problem immediately. He accomodated my schedule, which I appreciated and contacted me beforehand with his ETA. I would also like to commend Gracie in customer service who handled my initial call—she was very helpful and was also a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Fox definitely knows how to provide extremely great customer service and that’s why I’ve been a long time customer!!

The technician who serviced my property this morning from Fox Pest Control whose name is Wesley was super excellent. He was very polite snd gracious and extremely helpful. He advised me on how better to use the scheduled service calls moving forward. He graciously offered to check on the mouse baits placed in the attic months ago. Luis was on time, as always. Had the courtesy of texting me a few days prior to confirm the day/time he was coming which I really appreciate. He was very thoughtful of the fact I have feral cats hanging around and made sure he didn’t spray pesticide near their shelters. He is a very pleasant person!

I was hesitant to go with a big name when I started this contract over 3 years ago but Terminex has been amazing from a service, knowledge and technology standpoint. Their technicians are proactive and aside from addressing all potential problem areas outside the house, they always check in to ensure we make them aware of any other concerns. They offer great programs, provide great communications, and their pricing is competitive - I highly recommend.

Mr. Higgins has consistently giving the highest level of service for the past 10 years! He always contact me to let me know when he’s coming and if he sees any problems always calls me to let me know and to discuss treatment. He is certainly the persona that Terminix wants out there treating their customers; he has a very high level of customer service!

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
