Elijah is an outstanding young man. He is professional, efficient, and he knows his job. He listens well observes well and goes about his tasks efficiently. I feel reassured that he has done everything necessary to keep our home pest free.

Stephen recently completed the service to remove mice from our house. Stephen was both professional and informative and when he left after about an hour we felt confident and relieved. When he finished he spent time with me explaining what service he performed and what to expect and do to alleviate the problem. He promised to call me in a week to check on the situation and assured me if the problem wasn’t totally solved, he would return to continue the service until the problem was solved. My wife and I were confident and relived and believed we made the right to decision to use FOX Pest Control after Stephen left. Thanks Stephen, we slept much better last night.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Can’t say much yet about the effectiveness of the treatment for moles. Our first treatment was just 2 days ago. However, the service & communication so far has been great!

Zach is a terrific technician--he always takes care to call ahead to narrow down the service window. Really important for me because I work, and if he can pinpoint his arrival time, I can break away for the needed time. He's very thorough, professional and always cheerful!

She took the time to thoroughly assess the pest issue in my home, set up a process to identify root causes and promised to personally come back to see if her hunches were correct. She followed up with a text encompassing what she did while she was here, next steps and what i need to do in the meantime. Looking forward to her next visit!

The nice folks at Aptive pest control are very detailed and explain everything thoroughly. They also ask a lot of follow up questions and if there’s anything else that you need. What they say they’re going to do they do period.
