I’ve been using Fox Pest for over a year now. I have 3 homes that get serviced monthly. The techs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They ask if there are any issues that might need to be addressed and set about fixing any request. I live in a very rural area. Mice are a great concern, I can honestly say that I’ve not had a problem since using Fox. My brother had a problem with stink bugs which is no longer a problem. Well worth the money spent to have peace of mind.

Anthony Rivera installed a termite defense system at our home last week and did a terrific job. He was very knowledgeable, gave us multiple options for installation, and kept us informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Our technician came- on time and was very nice. He was able to identify the small insects that started growing in our house for the last 2 months. He was able to also treat those areas inside and out. He let me know about these insects- how they get in house, they don’t bit, etc. the info gave me a game plan to insulate windows and doors more. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting William K. We are on a bi-monthly service with Orkin, since November. I am happy with the timely manner he arrived. I had a 4pm-6pm time slot and he arrived at 4:45. The text message alerts let you know when your tech is in route to your house, their name and when they have arrived. William made sure he explained the process and products that he was using during his visit. He gave me many tips and advice and I feel that I have learned a lot and that I can use the information he gave me and help assist in the process of eliminating our pest problem. I'm confident that William, and the Orkin team, will be able to solve the and prevent any further issues.

It was a pleasure today meeting and discussing the offerings and projects to come with Vincent and Larry from Orkin. Both were very personable, patient and explained each aspect of the work that was done (pest spray) and the additional project in the crawl space set for later this month. The technicians who provide service have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Mashar has always answered our questions and gone out of his way to help with concerns. I don’t know the name of the previous tech out but he provided also some information to assist with a main concern which seems to have worked

Can’t say much yet about the effectiveness of the treatment for moles. Our first treatment was just 2 days ago. However, the service & communication so far has been great!

We had a raccoon in the attic and needed attention immediately. I called Critter Control and they were out by the next day. The team of workers were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. The raccoon is gone and my house is sealed up..thank you Southern NJ Critter Control!

Very professional and thorough

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
