I’ve been using Fox Pest for over a year now. I have 3 homes that get serviced monthly. The techs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They ask if there are any issues that might need to be addressed and set about fixing any request. I live in a very rural area. Mice are a great concern, I can honestly say that I’ve not had a problem since using Fox. My brother had a problem with stink bugs which is no longer a problem. Well worth the money spent to have peace of mind.

Anthony Rivera installed a termite defense system at our home last week and did a terrific job. He was very knowledgeable, gave us multiple options for installation, and kept us informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

I called after seeing a mouse in my house and their customer service was excellent! Even the person that scheduled the appointment was lovely. they were able to come out the very next day. The technician, Jamar, was a real professional. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of my home and i definitely better felt knowing he had checked every corner. He was also very very understanding of the fact that i have a huge rodent phobia!!! 🐁 🐁🪤 best part is if i catch a critter all i have to do is call and they will send someone out that day to take care of it. Fingers crossed I won’t need to!

So far I’m very impressed by Terminex. I noticed what I believed to be termites in the front of my home one evening and had never seen any indication of their presence before. I contacted several local pest control companies and Terminex was the only one that I could speak to immediately. The representative on the phone was professional, answered my questions, and arranged for an inspection the very next morning. Christian A. came to our house, confirmed the presence of termites, and answered all of our questions. Christian wasn’t pushy at all and was honest about pricing. Based on all of the information Christian provided and how professional he was, we decided to go with Terminex rather than exploring other options. While the price was by no means cheap, the work that was eventually completed justified the cost. The following day, Terminex technician Daniel O. arrived at my house during the time window that was provided. He called earlier in the day to let me know what time he’d be there. Daniel was extremely professional and unbelievably thorough. We walked through every part of my home/property and he explained exactly what he’d be treating. He pointed out areas that were clearly being infiltrated by termites and the stage of infestation. Luckily we caught the problem early enough and there was very minimal damage. Daniel then proceeded to work for hours treating the interior and exterior of my home, keeping me posted all along. Daniel had to drill numerous holes in my concrete porch to inject the treatment. Not an easy task if you’ve ever drilled concrete. He also placed numerous bait traps throughout the perimeter of my home which required digging/burying. Again, very labor intensive. Daniel had another job after mine but took his time to ensure that everything was done right at my house. I appreciated his attention to detail and his professionalism. Terminex should take note of Daniel and Christian as great representatives for their company. Again, this is not a cheap process and something anyone wants to have to deal with but it’s necessary. Terminex and their representatives made the process hassle free and worth the cost. I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right and that I’ll be able to have the company follow up to ensure that the issue is resolved.

I have had Terminix for years & love them. They are professional, knowledgeable & always treat me as friend. Brandon Holcomb comes to my house to do his routine checkup & is the best. All I can say thank you to Terminix & all the men & women who work there.

I'd like to thank John Simons, with whom I first made contact, to make my appointment in PA. The tech Mike Neff who came out to do what was necessary, to take care of my rodent infestation, was complete and thorough. I really want him to follow-up on my treatment. As for the salesman, Anthony Bell, I am completely disappointed, dissatisfied with his assessment, approach, and any explanation of what I was purchasing. I received very little understanding. I feel I was rushed, I had to ask him to look in places. And he has no intention of actually looking in my crawlspace to inspect, other than shining a flashlight. I had to point out issues. He took no pictures and even after I asked him if he was going to explain all that is needed here to the next tech, I had to go over EVERYTHING AGAIN. If not for my conversation with Mr Simmons, and the actual tech Mike Neff I would have canceled and gone with Orkin instead.

Can’t say much yet about the effectiveness of the treatment for moles. Our first treatment was just 2 days ago. However, the service & communication so far has been great!

Very professional and thorough

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!
