Fox Pest emails before every vist and calls with a time window of arrival. Customer service and technicians are always professional and a pleasure to talk and work with. They will knock and announce thier arrival and let you know what service is being done and anwser any questions you have and report back to the necessary Department to address the issue on the next visit or if needed ASAP.

I enjoyed meeting Misael. He was very polite and when I told him about certain things coming through the kitchen window he assured me he would dust around them and the doors. A very good job!

I was very happy with the overall service. Stephen Moser was very friendly and competent. He explained to me exactly what was going on and what he was going to do remedy the situation. I have other services and technicians come to my house and he was by far the best. It is one of the factors that will have me stay with Fox.

They've been considerate and attentive ever since I called them. Walt came out first and evaluated our predicament. Listened to all of our worries and developed a strategy. For our first service today, Stephen was here. He heard us out and dealt with our problems. It was wonderful to have an "Adult" who is capable and conscientious about his profession. The tech, Misael, revisited my home after a week to see if the traps showed activity. He also rechecked other areas. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He was quick to pick up my concern with any products used and my dog. From setting up the service to the tech visit, Fox was easy to work with and gave exceptional service.

Ken did an excellent job. He answered my questions, was informative, and proceeded with his process very efficiently and professionally. Cathy in the office was very cooperative and made the entire service feel comfortable. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend this Orkin office.

It was a pleasure today meeting and discussing the offerings and projects to come with Vincent and Larry from Orkin. Both were very personable, patient and explained each aspect of the work that was done (pest spray) and the additional project in the crawl space set for later this month. The cost/terms were thoroughly described and seemed to be very comprehensive. I needed a squirrel's nest removed the day after Thanksgiving. Matt and Angel from the Woodland Park branch arrived bright and early and worked efficiently, thoroughly, and neatly. They were so friendly and helpful. It was as if my problem was their problem, and they were ready to solve it.

The tech that came to our house was very knowledgeable and worked diligently. He took our concerns into consideration and offered to go above and beyond with where he felt it was necessary to set traps. I've been a long-term customer of the company, but don't know that each of the products are effective. Regarding the termite treatment. When I purchased my home 15+ years ago, there was evidence of termites on the exterior. According to the inspections, there is no longer any evidence. The reps come regularly to check the bait stations. The mosquito treatment does not seem to be effective. We could not be in the yard or outside for an extended period due to the flying pest. I think that the spray used attracted them. My neighbors didn't seem to have the same issues. As a precaution, I also get the pest treatment. No news is good news, I guess. There has been no evidence of creepy crawlers or silverfish. I appreciate that the company is very responsive and attentive. The reps are timely and the service workers and representatives are polite and empathetic.

The service Mashar gives us its excellent. He listens to our concerns and handles every issue without hesitation. A true gentleman who is always kind and courteous. Terminix is and always will be our choice to keep our property bug free!

I had called Terminex because I was concerned that I might have bedbugs from a previous hotel visit. When I called, I spoke with Sean, and he was incredibly sensitive and pleasant, and assured me that if there was anything there they would take care of it. He gave me options of times and dates, and was able to set up an assessment for the very next day. Fred Radnow came to my house and thoroughly and inspected any areas that could be causing an issue. He did not find anything but showed me what to look for and what to set in place for extra security measures. I can honestly, say this was the best customer service I have ever received from any company. I took his card and will definitely use it to call him if anything arises with this issue or any other issue I may have concerning creepy crawlies. I highly recommend Terminix and Fred.

Randy who performs my service always goes above and beyond. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, he is on top of it all. Since using the service I have not had any pest or bug issues in all seasons.

Can’t say much yet about the effectiveness of the treatment for moles. Our first treatment was just 2 days ago. However, the service & communication so far has been great!

We had a raccoon in the attic and needed attention immediately. I called Critter Control and they were out by the next day. The team of workers were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. The raccoon is gone and my house is sealed up..thank you Southern NJ Critter Control!
