Eddie was professional and courteous. He clearly explained what he was doing and how it would work. Since it was our first treatment he did both floors. I’m looking forward to being rid of these little ants!

FYI I’m using my sons email for this review. I can’t say enough about our Orkin tech. He’s responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and has always been this way since he first came here. Great representative of Orkin.

The technician was great. Friendly, easy to deal with. Besides the monthly spraying, he also checked and replaced all of the mouse traps that were in place because of a previous infestation. Great job!!

It is always a pleasure. Our exterminator is the nicest person and I always appreciate how thorough he is. We haven’t had any issues in the 3 plus years of having this service. Could not recommend them more!

Your services are very good. However you are hard to contact ,hard to reschedule. But you still charge ontime even if you haven't been to the house... Due to Dr. Appointments for me and my wife, we can't always keep our appointment. We call atleast two days ahead and never get a call back or rescheduled.

Terminex at this location in ocean county NJ is superior but unfortunately my experience in Rockland County NY was disappointingly very different

J M. via google

The visit for free estimate was not done in its true spirit. People turned up without say papers to get into attic space for through inspection. Recommendation was based on our : doubt and past extrusions. The guy who did the work left the place without cleaning up the dust dropped in the attic entrance. The whole customer experience can be better.

Devanathan S. via google

For many years Terminix has been responsive to my needs and provided quality service.

D S. via google

Tyrell the technician was very professional. He informed me of his eta, the time of work completion. His work is outstanding. He comes highly recommended.

Marie C. via google

Have been using Terminex for many years now. Always quality service and we have been without any pest/insect issues since we began using them
