Been with them for years. I called because I have been under contract for bugs for years and have ants in several rooms. After 7 minutes of waiting on the receptionist to input my information she told me I was already scheduled for a treatment in two days at 7:30 in the morning. Which was unknown to me. She said they usually call and give 24 hours noticed. That time does not work for me because I have to be at my appointments. I asked for another time and it became a challenge and was going to move until next week. I was able to call the competition and have something scheduled for tomorrow morning I will be canceling my termite contract and my bud contract with this company . They haven't been in my house this year. I'm not sure how I pay for a treatment when they don't even come inside.

Fabulous service technician. Examined the home thoroughly and explained everything well. I had a lot of questions and James was patient and professional. He even remembered my grandmother whose home he used to service. Wonderful experience. Already seeing results from the first treatment. Looking forward to far less ladybugs etc when the weather warms back up!

Excellent service! I highly recommend these guys! This is the second time I’ve had them come out for pest issues over the course of about 4 years. Both times I’ve had them out they have been excellent, professional, and have answered all of my questions. They don’t make you feel rushed either. They go above and beyond! They take their time to talk to you about everything that’s going on and they give you recommendations on what you can do to help the problem between treatments. Excellent service and excellent company!

More than pest service! Terminix wowed me again. I was having a problem with squirrels getting into my attic. The squirrels were doing a lot of damage to the exterior of the house along the roofline and I would hear them scamper across the ceiling at night. Terminix identified all of the entry points and attempted entry points (ones I hadn’t noticed) and was able to put material there to keep them out. They also saw that my attic lacked the appropriate amount of insulation. (It was 10-11 inches short!) They blew in 12 inches of treated insulation that deters pests and will help with my heating and cooling abilities. The guys that came to do the work were great! They were very professional and were happy to explain everything they were doing. They answered all my questions too. Even their follow-up has been great. I had no idea they did these kinds of things. I thought they just sprayed for bugs but they do SO MUCH MORE!! Highly recommended!!
