Had a large hornets nest on back patio under the eaves. Prompt service. My only complaint is that after removal of the nest, there are still remnants that could have been removed. Otherwise, very good.

Our Orkin tech Jason, is the best. Always courteous, polite and professional. Answers any questions, addresses any concerns immediately, and very knowledgeable. He also confirms we are good before he leaves.

The Orkin Tech who comes out for inspection of our facility on a monthly basis is always professional, and gives us feedback on what was done and give us suggestions on what we could do if a problem persists. We have never asked a question that they were not able to answer will get back to us in a timely manner. Customer Service, of course, is above par.

From the moment I called until the moment they first came to spray, the service was amazing. The customer service rep who made the appointment was very eager to help me ASAP. I made an error when selecting what type of service I needed when using the website. The exterminator who showed up to do the service worked with me to understand the options and took the time to call a customer service rep who drove to my house and met with us within 30 mins of meeting the exterminator. She helped me with the correct service we needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The exterminator was a very good representative for Terminix also and deserves to be recognized as well. I really liked the no pressure sales tactics that every employee I talked to used and how everything was explained both with pros and cons. Both people I met in person were great and well versed in the companies operations and types of treatments we needed.

Since my Wife and I contacted Terminix, we’ve been impressed with the level of customer service and rapid response that we’ve gotten from such a large company. Took care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.

8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

Technican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
