I just think it’s a little pricey just for one little tree and the hibiscus which are supposed to treat us inside so all winter that doesn’t get treated, but I’m still charged the same price. I just think the prices were a little high. I’m gonna think if I really want to continue Since everything else is going up and I am a widow I can’t afford too much.

The Orkin Tech who comes out for inspection of our facility on a monthly basis is always professional, and gives us feedback on what was done and give us suggestions on what we could do if a problem persists. We have never asked a question that they were not able to answer will get back to us in a timely manner. Customer Service, of course, is above par.

Terminix has been amazing in helping us! We spotted a mouse, and their amazing exterminator Kenneth showed up in less than an hour. The mouse was dead less than an hour later, and now we can breathe a bit easier. 😊

I have been using Terminix for 2.5 years. When it comes to exterminating it really comes down to your tech. My technician Oladapo goes above and beyond. He is friendly, reliable, trustworthy, great communication skills, has a strong knowledge of what he is doing and listens to your concerns. Oladapo is definitely an asset to your company. And I must say that he is the main reason I have been continuing my services with Terminix. I refuse for another tech to be sent to my house.

Kenneth has been our technician for 2 years now and he is wonderful. He always reminds us before his visit and arrives on time. He is extremely friendly and kind all the while exhibiting the utmost professionalism. We are a home with several animals and he is always friendly and kind and to them as well if one of the dogs happens to sneak out of the bedroom to see what’s going on in the house. He is ALWAYS conscious of where he sets traps or bait to ensure there is zero chance of any of our animals becoming harmed from anything, which we couldn’t be more grateful about. Took care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.

8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

Technican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent!
