I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Review on 10 September 2024 Services: Thanks to my Service Tech James H.! James is one of the best Orkin technicians I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Today, he inspected, performed the termite inspection, retreated for household pests/bugs, and carefully examined the outside of the house for wasp nests. Thank you also to Orkin for hiring, retaining, and hopefully rewarding such skills, loyalty, and good customer service. Five out of Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We called orkin to come help with our wasp problem. The tech they assigned to us, James Henderson was such a nice guy. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them very politely and took time to explain the process. We highly recommend Orkin for any pest needs!

I needed misquote treatment this summer I haven't got bit once. 5 star review for big box name brand company. Everything was perfect the quote was easy over phone scheduling the lady was easy to talk to. They came out quickly service man was polite and did good job. The price was reasonable really hit every check mark. Quick professional good price I don't think that ever happens 10/10

Took care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.

8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

Technican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

I made an error when selecting what type of service I needed when using the website. The exterminator who showed up to do the service worked with me to understand the options and took the time to call a customer service rep who drove to my house and met with us within 30 mins of meeting the exterminator. She helped me with the correct service we needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The exterminator was a very good representative for Terminix also and deserves to be recognized as well. I really liked the no pressure sales tactics that every employee I talked to used and how everything was explained both with pros and cons. Both people I met in person were great and well versed in the companies operations and types of treatments we needed.

Since my Wife and I contacted Terminix, we’ve been impressed with the level of customer service and rapid response that we’ve gotten from such a large company. The experience feels like we’ve been serviced by a small local company, in all the right ways. Nick Burroughs has been professional, helpful, and courteous every step of the way and cares for our property like it were his own.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Calvin was very good at what he was doing and he was prompt. The last agent Jerome was a knowledgeable technician too.

The service tech Dennis service our home today and did a great job. He made sure all of our concerns were answered and serviced all the areas outside our home and some inside. His communication was exceptional and he gave a full report of his assessment afterwards.

Today’s experience was very good. The tech today was Manny. Wish there would be consistency in who services my home. Not all techs are honest or provide the same service. Have tried to talk into someone about this but no changes.

Manny arrived at the scheduled time. He took the time to listen to my needs and was very thorough during the process. He answered all of my questions and most importantly he was very courteous and professional.

I appreciate Aptive and specifically Alvens great service, they communicated with me throughout the service and updated me as they went. I feel like the techs listen to my specific concerns and have great solutions. Like clearing the cobwebs from our shed and treating some ants they found. I also appreciate that they do not disturb pollinators.
