I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

I had my house cleaned of mice, they took the insulation out of The attic and replaced it with new, after sanitizing the entire place. They plugged up all of the holes on the inside and outside. There was one staff member who wasn’t the most respectful, but all of the other ones were incredible and really worked hard. If it weren’t for the one guy, I would’ve given Orkin five stars. The follow up work has been awesome! Craig is AWESOME… and very helpful!

Darnell is great. We have very little trouble with bugs with Orkin, and if we ever do notice anything, they take care of us quickly. Darnell always makes sure if there are any issues when he arrives for quarterly visits. Overall very pleased with the service.

My technician, Tyrone, started treating my house for the past 8 months and he has done a fantastic job! He always addresses any concern I have and is very knowledgeable of the job. He’s nice, kind, and understanding. And their office staff is also very professional and accommodating. I’ve never had a problem with rescheduling or trying to book appts on demand to address concerns. I would refer anyone to Orkin if they are trying to build up a defense barrier around their home to prevent the common pests. And Orkin is very lucky to have Tyrone working for their company!

Wonderful service! Tyrone, our tech, always calls in advance to let us know he is on his way. He is a very knowledgeable and kind person, always has a smile on his face and it's easy to see that he enjoys his work and interacting with his customers. He even knows me by name, which is fantastic customer service and shows that he cares. We also get our termite treatment from Orkin and the company is very responsive to phone calls and emails when we have contacted them. We are lucky to have Orkin to keep our home bug-free, and Orkin is blessed to have Tyrone as a tech. Thank you Tyrone and Orkin!

Took care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.

8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

Technican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

I made an error when selecting what type of service I needed when using the website. The exterminator who showed up to do the service worked with me to understand the options and took the time to call a customer service rep who drove to my house and met with us within 30 mins of meeting the exterminator. She helped me with the correct service we needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The exterminator was a very good representative for Terminix also and deserves to be recognized as well. I really liked the no pressure sales tactics that every employee I talked to used and how everything was explained both with pros and cons. Both people I met in person were great and well versed in the companies operations and types of treatments we needed.

Since my Wife and I contacted Terminix, we’ve been impressed with the level of customer service and rapid response that we’ve gotten from such a large company. The experience feels like we’ve been serviced by a small local company, in all the right ways. Nick Burroughs has been professional, helpful, and courteous every step of the way and cares for our property like it were his own.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Calvin was very good at what he was doing and he was prompt. The last agent Jerome was a knowledgeable technician too.

The service tech Dennis service our home today and did a great job. He made sure all of our concerns were answered and serviced all the areas outside our home and some inside. His communication was exceptional and he gave a full report of his assessment afterwards.

Today’s experience was very good. The tech today was Manny. Wish there would be consistency in who services my home. Not all techs are honest or provide the same service. Have tried to talk into someone about this but no changes.

Manny arrived at the scheduled time. He took the time to listen to my needs and was very thorough during the process. He answered all of my questions and most importantly he was very courteous and professional.

I appreciate Aptive and specifically Alvens great service, they communicated with me throughout the service and updated me as they went. I feel like the techs listen to my specific concerns and have great solutions. Like clearing the cobwebs from our shed and treating some ants they found. I also appreciate that they do not disturb pollinators.
