I’ve had a great experience with Fox Pest Control, and I especially want to highlight Jesse. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and polite—everything you’d hope for in a technician. As a woman, one thing I really appreciate when hiring service professionals is being treated with respect and spoken to as an equal. Unfortunately, that’s not always a given, but every technician I’ve met from Fox Pest Control has been excellent in this regard. Jesse was no exception—he explained everything clearly without being condescending and never asked to speak with my husband instead of me. He understood that I am fully capable of handling the service myself, which I greatly appreciate. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism and respect. Highly recommend!

My dad and I had the pleasure of working with David B. He was very kind and professional and a joy to work with. He was incredibly thorough with his examination, recommendations for the home, and the work he did for us. He made sure to explain his reasoning and the products he was using so we had a better understanding of the situation and the work that needs to be done. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable and confident in the services we were receiving and made sure we would be connected to additional services appropriately. Been with Fox a couple years, always great service. Every technician we’ve ever had has been top notch. Today was our first service from Jesse, who is phenomenal. Super helpful and super friendly. He gave me some extra tips on how to repair some of my damaged window screens I’ve been putting off fixing due to cost. All around 10/10 experience.

Matthew showed up on time to complete my ant control work. He explained what he was doing and we walked the job site. The work was done fast and efficiently.

I called a few other companies, and Orkin was reasonably priced and very dependable. We have a regular guy , Kalvin , who comes out to my house and is very friendly and willing to answer questions. I was so upset when the situation first arose with bugs and almost wanted to sell my house, but I was assured that Orkin could make a difference and they have. It’s worth it to just have them come out every month for maintenance or every month if needed. They are so helpful they will let you know what you should do. I called Orkin.

The service man they sent to the house was great! He answered all my questions, left me his card, and made me feel extremely comfortable using Orkin. We even joked around a bit. A really good guy. I will be using Orkin for any pest problems in the future. A good experience all around 😃

Tom was great. Explained to me what was going on in a completely professional way. Probably should have you guys over here in 2 weeks instead of a month because of the infestation he said I had just to get rid of the dead mice we catch so we don’t stink up the place. Thank you again, and someone is coming over this morning to check out all of the droppings in the insulation to figure out the cleaning part of this clean up process in our basement

Service was very professional and easy to set up. They came out quickly and explained the whole process, and treated our home for carpenter bees and other pests. Hopefully we don’t need to use a pest service again, but would definitely recommend and use in the future if we ever needed.

David is always very courteous and professional when providing service at our house. We have known him for quite some time as he has been our service provider for a number of years. I cannot imagine anyone better at his job than David. And no ants or mice! Thank you.

Joe has been taking care of our properties for years. We love the fact that we have gotten to know him well, but the real thing that sets him apart is that he has taken the time to know all of our property (rental cottages, outbuildings, home) and know the needs of managing our property. He is always helpful and has been essential to keeping things running smoothly.

Bruce was thoroughly trying to find the cause of the small black beetles in my house. He communicated with me every step of the way on how to get rid of them. We have to find the source. They are in trying to get out. I did a thorough cleaning of my house washing walls floors wiping down cabinets and counters vacuuming and I disposed of my area rug. The small black beetles came back the next day. I would like some more hep as how to get grid of them. Thanks

From first contact to end of service, Trutech was responsive and patient. They answered all questions asked and accommodated all requests including my request for picture of work completion. Giving 4 stars only because of delayed arrival on both service dates. Highly recommend Trutech if you’re looking for assistance with wildlife (squirrel) removal.

I cannot say enough about the high quality of professionalism, care and concern TruTech representatives shared with me during inspection, planning, trapping and exclusion process around our antique home. Their knowledge base and understanding of wildlife is both compassionate and extensive. They spent time with me to explore every possible issue and were open to new information to solve our problem with 2 skunks, evidence of rats and other critters digging homes under our old house. Colin, Ryan, Harrison and Terry are Good Guys in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to work with them and cannot imagine better professionals or service.

We have used this pest control service since the WatchAll days and love our long time service provider Judy. We use Ehrlich for preventative house pest control as well as environmentally friendly spraying for tick and mosquito control.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews below! I've been using Ehrlich for the last year or so and found them to be friendly, helpful and reactive. We've been using them for regular household maintenance rather than to get rid of a big pest problem, which is a difference from some of the other reviews, but they have come out and gotten rid of a wasp nest within 24 hours, and the technician did arrive on time. I've been happy with the services we've received from them and plant to continue using them for pest control in the future.
