I had a wonderful experience with Fox for my initial treatment. We have a rat problem that has been overwhelming. Spencer Brown was patient, clear, and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about rats today! The initial treatment was thorough and I was kept updated as it was being completed. He assured me that my chickens and my dogs are safe from the products Fox uses AND he didn't laugh at me (too much) when I said these country rats are cuter than city rats. Overall a really wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommend for thorough treatment at a super affordable price.

Terminex has been servicing my house for years. They are always punctual and extremely thorough.

From first contact to end of service, Trutech was responsive and patient. They answered all questions asked and accommodated all requests including my request for picture of work completion. I cannot say enough about the high quality of professionalism, care and concern TruTech representatives shared with me during inspection, planning, trapping and exclusion process around our antique home. Their knowledge base and understanding of wildlife is both compassionate and extensive. They spent time with me to explore every possible issue and were open to new information to solve our problem with 2 skunks, evidence of rats and other critters digging homes under our old house. We have used this pest control service since the WatchAll days and love our long time service provider Judy. We use Ehrlich for preventative house pest control as well as environmentally friendly spraying for tick and mosquito control.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews below! I've been using Ehrlich for the last year or so and found them to be friendly, helpful and reactive. We've been using them for regular household maintenance rather than to get rid of a big pest problem, which is a difference from some of the other reviews, but they have come out and gotten rid of a wasp nest within 24 hours, and the technician did arrive on time. I've been happy with the services we've received from them and plant to continue using them for pest control in the future.
