Showed up on time! Offered to help put my cat in his carrier and was so kind. Forgot to ask for my exterminators name but he was the best! Highly recommend.

The workers came without giving us any warning of what day or time they were coming. They also turned off our Generac generator without telling us and failed to turn it back on. We ended up calling our generator company 3 days later to find out what was wrong.

Doug was extremely professional, nice, thorough and made me feel very comfortable and confident in his ability. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know. It ended up being a false alarm and he didn’t make me feel stupid for having it checked out. The lady who scheduled the appointment was extremely helpful and nice as well.

In general, very responsive and thorough for the 3 years we used the service. I have been an Orkin customer for over 20 years and all across the country. At this location, I had an issue that I escalated to Svc Mgr Donn who I found to be a rude, bitter, and unprofessional individual. We finally connected after back and forth phone tag and during our civil conversation, Donn became frustrated and hung up on me. I immediately called back and spoke with Donn's supervisor (cannot remember his name) and my situation was amicably resolved. The manager apologized for Donn's behavior and assured me that he would further discuss with Donn. I do appreciate the apology but, as of this review, Donn never has reached out or attempted to show remorse for his behavior.

Grant has been absolutely amazing! The service he’s provided has been outstanding—he’s answered all of our questions, been extremely supportive, and incredibly friendly. We have complete trust in both Orkin and Grant.

Approximately eight years ago, we had the local Laporte Terminix company spray our house for bedbugs. Well guess what they’re back and the reason why they’re back is because Terminix only sprayed one time and I read that one time is not enough. When the Terminix people left, they said we had no more bugs. Bull. Bedbugs go dormant and then they wake up. Well, guess what they’re awake and it’s getting worse and worse. it is severe. Thanks so much and now we can’t afford an exterminator!!!!! 😡😡

0 stars if I could. Either they are really slow at giving us a response or they are deliberately ignoring my calls. Paid for 3 services but we didn't get them. 300 dollars down the drain unless this business gets their act together and responds to me. (Been two months) Edit: it took nearly half a year but they did return the money back. Guess it took the extent of merging with another company and contacting a different manager not from this region. Won't be giving 5 stars as would have never happened if their specialist didn't lie about doing work, but I do commend them on giving out the refund.

Although I was disappointed to not have further notice that Terminex was coming to our home and consequently missed the indoor part of the service call, I was very appreciative that Landen C texted me and arranged to come back for indoor service. He was very professional, arrived in a timely manner, and was extremely helpful on answering any questions I had. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service is the star point of a company. He represented all of those. He is the reason I rated you w 5 stars.

Our technician, Zach, was AMAZING! He was communicative, polite, and punctual. I'm very pleased with the service he consistently provides whenever he comes out to our house.

Have had good experiences with Terminix. Friendly, polite techs who do their work when they say they will and are willing to explain things. Their salespeople are not pushy, like some pest control companies, and their prices were fairly reasonable.

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

We love Greg, the exterminator who’s been to our house a couple of times. He’s the best one we’ve had. He’s always friendly, does a great job, and explains everything well. We also love that they use environmentally safe practices to protect your pets. But the overall scheduling is terrible. We have used their 365 service for the past year and I’m not sure we’ve had anyone show up on time within the scheduled four-hour window more than once. Sometimes people haven’t shown up at all, nor did they call to explain what happened. I’m not sure if they’re just over scheduling or short-handed or what, but it needs improvement.

So initially I called and made my appointment. The answering service gave me a day with the hours of 1pm to 5pm. Day of the appointment I called at 4:50pm and was told I was still scheduled. Well the technician no called and was a no show. The next day I called to say what the….. is going on. This answering service lady said she saw no appointment scheduled. She stated she would look into it. I go to work and the service calls back, even after saying to call after 3pm. Well they left no voicemail. I callback and now was informed that a appointment was scheduled without my consent. So I change this appointment time to one that suits me. Once my technician came he took proper Covid safety precautions. Greg, my technician, was super friendly, explained step by step of what he was doing and accomplished his task in a reasonable time frame. It is only because of Greg’s service I’m giving a 3 star vs a 1 star.

I had a mouse problem. They told me up front that they wouldn't be able to get rid of them entirely until I got some work done outside the house where they were coming in... And they showed me the problem areas. BUT... after about a month or so... And at least 7 mice caught in their traps... I no longer have a mice problem! I still have to make repairs to the outside of my home to make sure they don't come back with Winter... But for now, I'm Mouse Free!

With the weather getting colder rodents are seeking warmth. We found a small mouse in the garage. The service man checked the boxes and put down fresh bait. Always friendly and explains what he’s doing. We’re pleased with the service.
