We love Greg, the exterminator who’s been to our house a couple of times. He’s the best one we’ve had. He’s always friendly, does a great job, and explains everything well. We also love that they use environmentally safe practices to protect your pets. But the overall scheduling is terrible. We have used their 365 service for the past year and I’m not sure we’ve had anyone show up on time within the scheduled four-hour window more than once. Sometimes people haven’t shown up at all, nor did they call to explain what happened. I’m not sure if they’re just over scheduling or short-handed or what, but it needs improvement.

So initially I called and made my appointment. The answering service gave me a day with the hours of 1pm to 5pm. Day of the appointment I called at 4:50pm and was told I was still scheduled. Well the technician no called and was a no show. The next day I called to say what the….. is going on. This answering service lady said she saw no appointment scheduled. She stated she would look into it. I go to work and the service calls back, even after saying to call after 3pm. Well they left no voicemail. I callback and now was informed that a appointment was scheduled without my consent. So I change this appointment time to one that suits me. Once my technician came he took proper Covid safety precautions. Greg, my technician, was super friendly, explained step by step of what he was doing and accomplished his task in a reasonable time frame. It is only because of Greg’s service I’m giving a 3 star vs a 1 star.

I had a mouse problem. They told me up front that they wouldn't be able to get rid of them entirely until I got some work done outside the house where they were coming in... And they showed me the problem areas. BUT... after about a month or so... And at least 7 mice caught in their traps... I no longer have a mice problem! I still have to make repairs to the outside of my home to make sure they don't come back with Winter... But for now, I'm Mouse Free!

With the weather getting colder rodents are seeking warmth. We found a small mouse in the garage. The service man checked the boxes and put down fresh bait. Always friendly and explains what he’s doing. We’re pleased with the service.

The technicians are always extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They never hesitate to check something out when I have a problem and I have definitely seen a decrease in pests since we became members. Text alerts are sent to notify me of when they will arrive so I can make sure my dog is indoors. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you have a problem with pests, may it be rodents, bugs, etc they are the place to call. Both Keegan and Kyle are awesome technicians and I highly recommend them!!! Thank you!!!!! A++ 5 stars!

The crew from Orkin has done a great job. Everyone is polite and professional. I would like more communication. It took 8 days to get a copy of the signed contract that I had to request. I had to initiate whether the date of service was still happening. I received no notification when the crew would show up and they left without reviewing their work. Everyone was hardworking especially since it was outdoor work and 90s... I would have appreciated verbal feedback concerning the job. I would highly recommend even though there was some missing communication

in the spring we had tiny ants popping up in the house and my parents had had fantastic results from working with Orkin so we decided to do interior and exterior treatments. Best decision we made! We have not had any bugs or mosquitoes around the pool. No more ants or any bugs at all! All of the texts have been so nice and respectful of our home. Communication is spot on. Pricing was much better than we ever would have guessed. We plan on keeping up the service every year.

Seth was very nice and knowledgeable about the business. He was on time for his appointment and started right away. He explained what he was going to do and I think he explained too much because it freaked out my wife and she didn’t want to stay in the house for the weekend. But everything is good we look forward to seeing Orkin come back next month.

Josh was very friendly and polite, but the inspection could have been a lot more thorough. We described that we recently had been on vacation and had seen some bed bugs the morning after our first night back. He checked a few places, didn’t find anything, and said he didn’t think we had an infestation. After he left we started washing all our bedding and my wife found a bunch of live bugs and old shedded shells between our box spring and the plastic cover that is over parts of it. It was obviously a concentration of bugs that had been there since before we went on our vacation.

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

Our technician, Zach, was AMAZING! He was communicative, polite, and punctual. I'm very pleased with the service he consistently provides whenever he comes out to our house.

Have had good experiences with Terminix. Friendly, polite techs who do their work when they say they will and are willing to explain things. Their salespeople are not pushy, like some pest control companies, and their prices were fairly reasonable.

After my first treatment for bugs around the house, I noticed that I was still getting some bugs even after a few weeks. A representative from Terminix called me and asked how the service went and I talked to her about this. She immediately set up an appointment for someone to come out and do another application around my house. She was very attentive to my needs and was very helpful in setting up another application for me. I was very pleased with the representative and the help that she gave me.
